I browsed a bit to see if it's been asked before but I didn't see the question, so allow me to unload my idiocies onto the forum.

For a recruit to be raised to youngling what are the requirements? I viewed a pinned post in the recruit barracks but the character that posted it is no longer registered, so I wasn't quite sure if that made those requirements void or not. Then I thought, "Well it's still pinned, so that makes it correct.. Maybe."

So yes, that's my dilema. Assistance?

That's certainly not a stupid question, Ataea, sorry for the confusion. The requirements as posted in the Recruit Barracks are current, despite that they are posted by an unregistered account. :)

And this sort of thing is one that will hopefully be fixed by the new IC Forum. :P
