If someone wants I can make an avvie page specificly for Fusions with just Avatars that aren't already on the page? I wouldn't be able to hunt for new ones more then I do already *is a picture'o'hollic :P* but atleast there wouldn't be any confusion on that part? And we can keep the sizes about the same?

I don't mind working on it, (I can make something in one of the freethingies) it'll take some time though.
the problem is that we should ask the artists permissions to use their pictures, or link back to them so the one who wants the pic would ask for the permission..
it could be hard, tracing the artists of some pictures, but I don't want to do all this work and have some artist come and ask me to take his pics out cuz I have no permission to put 'em there :\

I can have a page up in a few days providing I get the premission to put something that big on the account I have for the Hall of Novices. But something I forgot about was the premission thingy, half of the Avatar pages I have seen doesn't even have such links or anything that tells where the picture comes from. I have no problems taking pictures on and off of the page as I can easily generate them. Getting premissions for all of them though is a much larger project... :unsure: this might have been a bad thought...

Bad Idea: to sett up a project I won't be able to keep up on my own because I don't have the time for it. I actually have a layout and an entire page ready to go, but to get permissions will take quite some time and stuff like that. (Not to mention finding who made all the avvies.) And I need still need to ask about where I can put it... (just haven't had time to ask him yet)

But if anyone is willing to help with it? I'd be happy to get it up and running.

Does this mean that you cannot have a .gif file that has moving words?

yes, but it is also recommended that you ask permission from the artist of your avatar :)
