Freyja Annolyn - February 22, 2005 08:42 AM (GMT)
Freyja walked to the library and nodded to the Brown sisters near the doorway. She adjusted her long brown hair which hang loose and tried to get in front of her face. Her pale golden silk dress was very figure-hugging but this time she didn't mind. She was beautiful and didn't want to hide it. She wasn't that interested in men or flirting but she had done it once or twice over the years and she had to admit that flirting now and then was a good way to boost one's spirits. And usually men flirted back with enthusiasm.

She smiled as she smelled the lovely dry air of the library. She loved it there, it was one of her favourite places in the Tower. She would have chosen Brown if she hadn't had the talent of Healing. She loved studying and reading but she loved Healing more. And she didn't have the Browns' absent-minded nature. She could lose herself in a book easily, but not like the Browns do. She was always aware of her surroundings, always a bit alert. You never knew when you had to Heal someone.

She looked at the novices and Accepted scurrying around the library and smiled at them as they curtsied. One of them even asked her for directions. Freyja gave them, smiling warmly at the novice. She always helped everyone who asked for help, whatever help they might need. Especially she liked to help young novices. They were the future Aes Sedai, the future of the world. They needed all the help they could get.

Freyja smiled again widely as she reached the history-section. She loved to study history. You could learn so much about the past. So much information was lost about the Age of Legends, and although the Age of Legends Healing had been rediscovered it didn't mean there wasn't anything left to learn about Healing. And who knew how many Healing ter'angreal there could be. She took a book at random, just seeing that it was about the Age of Legends, and sat down on the nearest chair. She started to read and was soon concentrated in the book.

Miakoda - February 25, 2005 03:50 AM (GMT)
Miakoda walked into the large wooden doors of the library, she had always loved it here. Always. Whenever she found some time to herself Miakoda always found herself in the library or with a book. She was grateful that she was able to study whenever she did have the time, though today she had no reason to really be in the library, she was just there. She smiled at some of the other Novices who had there heads down in books taking notes. In a way she herself wished that she had a true reason to be here. my reason is to learn more she thought to herself, a small smile moved on her lips and she gave a deep bow to an Aes Sedai with the brown Shawl. one day I will wear that shawl as well The brown sister smiled at her, she knew Miakoda well and knew that she would be looking for some kind of book to read.

“Have you tried reading History? You can learn so much for the future from the history” Her voice was quite and she moved her eyes towards the back of the library. Miakoda knew that she had not read anything about history for a while and would like to take up from where she last left off. She smiled at the Aes Sedai and moved her way towards the back, but before she left she gave a graceful bow.

Moving out of people’s ways and helping who ever need to find some kind of book Miakoda finally made her way to the back of the library, the light here was a bit dimmer than it was near the two large wooden doors, but the smell was still the same. The smell of old books, dust and a little bit of mold. when was the last time someone dusted back here she gave herself a little chuckle she knew that it was not this week. I’ll have to do it in the morning after some classes she smiled she loved the chores that she was given. The idea that she was to be in the library to dust shelves was great. She found a couple of books on the Age of Legends and stacked them one by one on top of each other and made her way to find a table to do some reading, and a little bit of note taking. It was funny or to her that she was more like a brown all the time, she never really paid much attention to the people around her unless it had to do with books or information that she didn’t know about. She also kept a little note book with her and took down notes when she found them useful to take. She found a chair next to another that was already occupied. Miakoda looked at the person and realized that she was an Aes Sedai and of the yellow Ajah. She sat her books down on a little table next to the two chairs and picked one up and started to read it. Miakoda had hoped that she didn’t disturbed the Aes Sedai with her movement around her.

Freyja Annolyn - February 25, 2005 05:01 PM (GMT)
There were many technological achievements made in the Age of Legends. People could use flying vehicles for transportation and thus the ground was free to those who walked. Men and women wielding the One Power together made unbelieveble buildings, incomphesensible to the modern mind. Other things were made with the One Power-

Freyja looked up from her book when she saw someone moving around the section. A novice, searching for books. Freyja looked as she stacked some books on her arms and made her way to the empty chair next to Freyja's. Freyja noticed that she had a note book with her. Oh, she is going to be Brown then. The novice had the spirit. Freyja didn't see too many novices in the library just studying for fun. And she has the nature, Freyja realised. The novices curly red hair waved as she walked but she didn't seem to notice Freyja at all. The absent-mindedness the girl showed was very Brownish. Freyja returned to her book as the novice put her books to the table next to the chairs. She sat down and glanced at Freyja, but Freyja didn't look back. The girl took a book and started to read.

like very andvanced fabrics, including fancloth which is used in Warder cloaks and very imaginitive home entertainment as well. Garbage disposal and other vital everyday functions were easy to cope with the One Power-

Freyja glanced at the pile of books on the table. They were about the Age of Legends too. Freyja felt curiosity building up inside her. She had never talked to this novice before. Freyja made a slight cough to get the novices attention and said: "I'm sorry to disturb your studies, but what is your name, child? I don't remember seeing you here before. Are you interested in the Age of Legends?"

Miakoda - February 25, 2005 10:18 PM (GMT)
When the Aes Sedai didn’t look back towards her, Miakoda went on with her study. She never really knew anything about the Age Of Legends, she was surprised in that. How can a future brown not know anything about history? That was just un called for. Miakoda open a book and started to read, she would stop now than to pick up her little note book and scribble something in there and go back to her reading. Most of the books that she had were thin and that made Miakoda sad. When she had the time with all the information that she had gathered from this books she would write her own book. She smiled and gave her self a little chuckle at the thought of the idea and moved some of her papers around and she started to write her own her book, though it would just be fore her until someone saw it and would want in the library. Though Miakoda was sure that it would look more like she was taking notes and writing her own book.
She gave a little jump when the Aes Sedai said something to her. Getting up out of her chair in a hurry she gave her best graceful bow and with every question that was shot at her Miakoda answered them in order.
“My name is Miakoda Nalani. Yes I am very interested in the Age of Legends.” her voice was soft for she was in the library and she would never dare raise her voice to an Aes Sedai.

She herself didn’t ask or say anything towards the Aes Sedai. Miakoda knew what could happen if she talked out of line or was not asked something or told to talk when she was told so. She kept her eyes on the Aes Sedai that was setting in front of her with her finger in a book looked up at Miakoda. she must not come to the library as often as I do was the only thing that she could think about when she remembered when she said that she hadn’t seen Miakoda here before. True you didn’t see her this far into the library. She didn’t know that this part of the library was here until today. Miakoda wanted to smile about that, but it was best to keep a straight face when around an Aes Sedai. She did wish that she would hurry up so she could go back to her reading before her after noon classes started.

Freyja Annolyn - February 27, 2005 05:51 PM (GMT)
Freyja was a bit amused when the novice jumped up from her chair and made a bow. It was only proper and she shouldn't have expected anything less but Freyja found the hastiness a bit amusing because the novice hadn't made a gesture acknowledging her before this. “My name is Miakoda Nalani. Yes I am very interested in the Age of Legends.” The girls tone was soft, they were in the library after all. The Brown sisters wouldn't like someone making noise.

The novice didn't say anything more but she kept her eyes at Freyja. She really does know what is proper and what is not, even if she had the nature of a Brown. Freyja wasn't a strict person, so she wouldn't have made a fuss if the girl had spoken without permission but someone else might have done just so. Freyja felt that the girl was eager to return to her book, but the novice just stood there, waiting for Freyja to dismiss her. Oh yes, she knows where she stands.

Freyja smiled, trying to ease some of the tension. "Then, Miakoda, you should try this one", she said and motioned towards the book she was holding. "A very interesting book I might say. Only that there isn't much information about the Age of Legends Healing methods in here, or at least nothing I don't already know. But I think you would find this very informative." She rose from her chair and handed the book to the girl. "You can take it now, I have spent too much time here already. I hope you find it interesting." She turned to leave, but then turned again to face the novice. "If you ever need help with this, or anything, you can ask me. I would be more than delighted to help. Just remember the name Freyja Sedai."

Then she turned and made her way through the library, heading back to her room. She knew that her last remark might seem odd to the novice, but she really wanted to help. Maybe just knowing that there is at least one Aes Sedai who would help her would make her feel better. Or maybe not, how could I know. But she did know is that she meant what she had said and hoped that the novice knew that too.
