Title: afternoon walk (From Tower Grounds)

Gwenhwyfar - September 9, 2004 10:08 PM (GMT)
Finishing up with a class Gwen made her round to the gardens. It was her last class of the day and she really didn’t have much to do. The gardens had always had the effect that they can heal the angriest person, with the flowers and the air. Walking around Novice and Accepted Gwen moved her way more in to the garden.

Seeing many odd things in her life this was one of the most weirdest things. A Gaidin just standing around in the gardens. You really don’t see that often unless you are there with your mistress. Just for a few laughs she walked up to him and asked if he was lost.

Alucard Dalith - September 9, 2004 10:18 PM (GMT)
Alucard was on one of his afternoon walks, when a Aes Sedai, apparently of the Yellow Ajah, walked towards him purposely, before inquiring on wether he was lost.

"Hardly lost, milady" Alucard replied with a grin " There is a certain charm to the gardens, although most Gaidin fail to notice it. Especially after a day of work, nothing relaxes quite as much as a walk through the gardens"
The Aes Sedai had a certain charm, and looked younger that most, although that could mean anything behind Aes Sedai agelesness. Still, Alucard had met enough to know that even among Aes Sedai, this one was better looking that most.
*I would not mind being her warder* Alucard thought cheerfully. The yellow had always been one of his favorites, because of their concentration on what many believed to be the most mundane of tasks. Quite on the contrary however, they often had more work then the rest of the Ajahs put together
"May I know your name, Aes Sedai?"

Gwenhwyfar - September 9, 2004 10:27 PM (GMT)
Gwen smiles at him. He was one the brightest of Gaidin. The Garden was something that can heal anything. She looked at him thinking to herself that he was very good looking indeed, but to her that is not what she would look in a warder, she was not a green. She would like to know more about him.

“I am Gwenhwyfar of the yellow” she laughed at that. Not like he could not see with her shawl on. The pale yellow with vies going around it.

“Now that you have learnt my name, my I learn yours?” she asked with a smile, It was a small one but still it was her smile that could make someone less afraid of her, or help the a simple Novice.

Alucard Dalith - September 9, 2004 10:33 PM (GMT)
At these words, Alucard turned around, surprised at the attention. Aes Sedai rarely talked, let alone inquire about anything that was not strictly necessary.

"Alucard, milady. Alucard Dalith, at your service. Domani, student of history and war, whichever I can find, so usually war. It is, after all, common these days."

Strangely enough, this Aes Sedai seemed to be taking particular interest to him, and he definitly was not about to complain. It was hard enough finding any type of company in the Tower, let alone somebody with any brains. She might even be considering him as a bondsmate although it would be unlikely from a yellow. Still it was a possibility, and not one he found unpleasant. He would have to be bonded sooner or later, and a yellow was one of the best options. No endless scheming, and no legendary fighting either.
*At least she is not a white...*

Gwen smiled at him. She was just about at her favorite part of the garden until she did meet him. And though his presence was nice, she was not going to stand about, though she was sure that it really didn’t effect him as much if he did or sat on glass. She smiled at the thoughts.

“Ah, yes war, It is all over the place, one ends and another starts. It is if they what each other are doing, with there spies and what not. War can only kill the body if it kills the sprit. Alucard would you like to take a walk? There is a great view not far from here. I was heading there myself. Company would be nice if you don’t mind” Gwen made her pass him through some shrubs. She was not about to take the path here. Though her place was kept quite. Very few often did she find someone that has been poking around here or not. The only other person that knew about was Rialt. She laughed to herself, Railt was another story all together.

Tyranor was actually genuinly please when she asked him to follow her. He had not had any pleasant company for a long time, especially not since he had started his Gaidin training. No more taverns for him. Still, this could end up just as nicely as the nights he had had there, a long time ago, in a different life time.

"It would be an honour" he replied with a smile"I have not had such pleasant company in... a long time"

The garden was truly a beauty, with the many different sents shapes and colours assaulting the senses. It was exhilirating in a way, yet somehow peaceful, and the view was truly wonderful, sometime letting you see all of Tar Valon, and even the lands beyond.
*I really would not be surprised if one of the remaining Chora trees had been planted here. Still, I hope I am not making a mistake with this...*

Gwen turned to face him. She was able to tell that he had liked the spot and in a way it had pleased him. Taking a seat she offered Alucard a seat. He did have many seat to chose from. She had smiled when she was thought of a nice company.

"That is very sad that you have not had such wonderful company as I am now with you in such a long time." Gwen smiled at him and she went on.

"Before I talked to you, you seemd in deep thought. I hope I did not Interrupted in anything. "

Gwen had seen the look on his face when she had asked him if he was lost and he did look like he was in deep thought.
Sometimes it is best to be in comany alone with one's mind she had said that about many things, she was never like this before. Gwen looked at him but tried not stare. There was something about him that she had liked and it was not for his looks, she was not a green and out for pretty looks. But she felt drawn to him in away that was hard to explain. Out of no were she asked.

"Alucard Dalith would you do the honor of being my warder"

Gwen sat there. Now were did that come from? another part of her said that is was the right thing to do. Oh how her head hurt now thinking of all this and just blurting something like that out. She was glad that she was able to keep her cheeks from going red.

Alucard, although not completely surprised by the proposition, did have a slight shock. He had not been a Gaidin long, and already a warder. Well ,the Amyrlin and the Master of Arms would be pleased, and it felt great to actually have a job to do in the Tower instead of just trudging around aimlessly. Not only that, the side effects of the bond were said to be of much use to a Warder.

"My Lady, the honour is all mine, if you would favour me with it"

Gwen closed he eyes and put her hands just over his chest. She was weaving the one power, completing the weave that would finally make him a warder. Suddenly she opened her eyes, and it was over. A tiny glow started emanating at the back of his mind, and he slowly recognised it as Gwen and her emotions. Was that pleasure he detected? And relief too. The other effects of the bond also assailed him then. He felt stronger, faster, his stamina enlarged considerable by the One Power. The sensation was incredible and the feeling of having Gwen at the back of his head all the time had a certain appeal to it. Hopefully there was a way to mask his emotions from her, as there were times when it would get embarassing.
Surprisingly enough, he felt relief submerge him too.
"It is done. By the Light that feels... surprising. We probably should go announce this to the Amyrlin."
