The finale of the Left Behind series came out this week, I got it last night and already read 80 pages, it's awesome. Been reading since March of 2000, all the books are over 400 pages too. Reading this finale is on the scale of seeing the Matrix finale for me, not as intense since it's more spread out though.

Anybody here ever read Left Behind or any of the series?

I read a lil of the first book. When I realized that I sympathized with the character that would become the Antichrist, I decided that it was probably better if I stopped reading.

I don't remember ever being sympathetic to the Anti-Christ character, but he is probably the most entertaining character in the books. My favorite books of the series are #3, #11, and this current one has been non-stop action for 80 pages so far, so I think it'll be in the top three as well.

#3 (Nicolae) is where the Anti-Christ starts getting really evil and there's this awesome bus part (that lasts like 200 pages), I read the whole book (400+ pages) in one sitting..

The Mark is number 8. That was the newest one when I first started reading them.

yeah im just waiting for my mom to buy the last one so i wont only own the last book and none others...They are great books :cool:
