Title: The new poster dude
Description: This would be me...Nate

So I was thinking, I can be an interesting writer. Then I heard about Gamehaven, where I was introduced to an open forum environment. I thought, "What a great idea, I can get my voice heard by tens...even hundreds of people!!!" But then the one condition came in that is going to restrict my fun. Cleanliness. I like to swear in my posts in other forums, it livins up the convo, but I guess I can hold out for the sake of this one forum that boasts the likes of Mo, Willy, J-Star and various other people I know. So that is the reason I will post here. My first topic was basement hopping and what is up with it (4/9), and my second topic, right herre and now, will be Lil' Jon. OOOKKKAAAYYY?!?!?! I thought Dave Chappelle was being facetious when he did a parody of the Lil' one, but then I began to listen to the subliminal messages in Lil's songs. Messages such as "YEAH!" and "OOKKAAYY!" and others including "WHAT!?" and "LET'S GO!" These messages are complete mind f*cks and should be seen for the trash that they are. Yes, Lil' Jon's music is absolute art, but the intro has those very messages that glorify yelling and using word's to get people riled up and confused. Open yer eyes, young ones, Lil' Jon is corrupting our society worse than Vanilla Ice or MC Hammer ever could. We need to not listen to intros or beat breaks in any song rapped by, produced by or featuring Lil' Jon. All you need to do is distract yerself when Lil goes off, and you should be good. To conclude this public service announcement, I just want to say that using words such as "yeah" and "okay" to fill time and to get people all rowdy is not a good thing, I don't care what Lil' Jon or any other black artist has to say about it, it is downright bad and should be fixed. Thanks for tuning in, I am the one they call the Bear...

MUSIC DOES NOT CORRUPT THE PEOPLE. PEOPLE CORRUPT THE PEOPLE.

:D

I dunno, yeah and whoa! are pretty lame things to repeat but that's pretty much the whole pop music world in a hand basket for you. LOVE ME LOVE ME, I NEED YOU TO LOVE ME, WATCH MY SOFTCORE PORN MUSIC VIDEO PLZ, K THX. But if the music is catchy, I don't really care what their lame message is. I just listen to have a beat to enjoy.
... Yes, I listen to pop. Yes, it took 5 years of brainwashing. No, it's not going to go away.

I was just saying to my Mom yesterday as she watched some Britney Spears thing..I said, "I think it would be cool to live in a time when the popular music that you heard everywhere didn't SUCK." I'm talking back a few years ago when all the rock/metal was the popular stuff that was everywhere. AC/DC and stuff like that. I don't really like that kind of oldies music, but some of it's ok, and atleast they are talented.
