Well, its summer time, and you know what that means! Free time -- at least for those of you who haven't joined the workforce yet! We here at Glitter wouldn't want our members (working or non) to be bored over the summer, so we have decided to start your breaks off right with a brand-spankin'-new contest! So without further ado.... The First-Ever Glitter Summer T-Shirt Contest!

Yep, that's right. It's photoshop time, folks! Put those graphic skills to good use designing a fun, summery design to be featured in our fanclub store. All submissions must be sent in via email to coordinator.glitterstaff@gmail.com, and once all submissions are in, the entries will be posted blind in a poll on the forum. You will have four days to vote on each others' submissions. Once voting is completed, we will put your design in the store, and it will be available for purchase! The winner will also receive one item from the store with their design printed on it, for FREE!



THE DEETS:

All designs must be .jpg or .gif files, and must be 1200x1200 pixels, with a resolution of 300 dpi. If you are including a back image, it must be no larger than 1000x1000. (We know this seems HUGE, but that's the size cafepress needs to print a decent-sized quality image).

Each entry must be e-mailed to the fanclub coordinator email, coordinator.glitterstaff@gmail.com, along with a 400x400 version to be posted in the voting poll.

All designs must somehow relate to Glitter/Kristin and the fabulous summer season!

No copyrighted material -- that means no direct lines from movies, no direct quotes from musicals, nothing from anything that is owned by somebody else! You CAN incorporate quotes from Kristin's talk-show appearances.

No photos can be used in your design. This doesn't mean the design must be all text -- illustrations can be incorporated into your design, but no actual photos.

The deadline for all contest entries will be June 14th. Voting will begin on June 15th, and will conclude on June 19th. Assuming there are no ties, the winning design will be added to the store on June 21st.
