Hello Glitterites! As we're sure you know, the Glitter Staff strives to make Kristin's fanclub the best and brightest hotspot for Kristin's fans on the web. Last summer, we were contacted by a number of fans with feedback about the fanclub, and the comments they gave us were instrumental in helping us to revise our guidelines. We then realized how important it was to keep a finger on the pulse of Glitter, so this year we are bringing you our first annual Glitter Customer Service Survey!
We ask that everyone answer the questions below, and EMAIL their reply to coordinator.glitterstaff@gmail.com. We are considering these blind anonymous answers, so please answer honestly and please do not sign your email. We will NOT be noting email addresses when we compile the answers, so rest assured that nothing you say will have any positive or negative consequences.
