Summer is coming to a close, and you know what that means: the new TV season is upon us, and with it comes season two of PUSHING DAISIES! Now, we know that everyone here is excited for this already (we can't be the only ones who've been, shall we say, "obsessively rewatching" the episodes on our DVRs!), but are you excited ENOUGH? We're not sure that you are, so we've decided to host a little contest. Okay, it might be considered a "big" contest. At the very least, it's little bit labor intensive. However, we've seen your crafty skills, and we think our members are up to the task!

So, here's the deal. We're going to host a little design contest. What are you designing, you ask? Well, to some degree, that's up to you. We have left the rules somewhat loose on this one, to allow your creativity room to run. All you have to do is pick a room in your house -- any room -- and give it the Pushing Daisies makeover. You can pick any character, location, or theme (bees, pies, horses, synchronized swimming, you name it!) from the show to base your design around, and you have five weeks to get everything together and spice up your space!

Once you've designed your space, photograph it, and submit those photos to us via email (coordinator.glitterstaff@gmail.com) by Wednesday, September 24th. In the body of your email, be sure to let us know which character/location/theme you chose! Winners we be announced the night of PUSHING DAISIES' 2nd season premier -- October 1st. We will be awarding prizes to three winners -- one GRAND PRIZE winner and two RUNNERS UP. The Grand Prize winner will receive a season one PUSHING DAISIES DVDs signed by the cast and a small poster signed by the cast, along with a personalized signed photo of Kristin as Olive Snook, and a PUSHING DAISIES magnet. The Runners Up will each receive a personalized signed photo of Kristin as Olive, and a PUSHING DAISIES magnet.
