Well, I think for most improved I would say Godzilla maybe. I mean every movie he is modified and most of the time improved. In the millenium movies he looks better and acts smarter (GMK and GXMG). Even his radioactive breathe ability has been modified and changed slgithly (G2000 and GXM it was more fire-like).

I agree. In the Heisei Series, the atomic breath attack was used a little too much. But he was definetly smarter, or at least compared to Orga in Godzilla 2000. I mean come on, he felt Godzilla's atomic blast first-hand, and then he had Godzilla stick his head down his throat! I especially liked the pupiless eyes in GMK, but he seemed a little, dare I say it, too strong. He overpowered Baragon easily. Still, he was pretty awesome!

I especially liked Godzilla's atomic breath in GMK as it had the mushroom cloud that was also caused by the atomic bomb. He was very smart in GMK too, (in both ways, design and intellegince) I liked the part where Godzilla was biting King Ghidorah and Mothra came behing Godzilla and was about to attack him but Godzilla whipped him with his tail. Another sign of Godzilla's intelegince was when the Satsuma was going to shoot the missile/drill into Godzilla but Godzilla sensed it and turned and it hit King Ghidorah!

The one thing that always annoyed me with the SHwoa series was that Godzilla almost always had help becase he wasn't strong enough to take on other monsters on his own. ( i know there were often more then one monster) In the millenium movies Godzilla is pretty much on his own a majority of the time with multiple things against him (the other monster, humans trying to kill him, etc.) With the millenium series movies he isn't as week and can stand up to all the different things against him along with he is smart enough to do it as well. Though each movies is not connected to the others (except for GXMG and GMMG), but they still make him a better monster than what I have seen in the Showa movies, and a few times in the Heisei movies.

He was definately a lot smarter in GMK. This is proved when he is fighting Ghidorah. Mothra rose off the ground, wings aflame, and tried to help Ghidorah. Godzilla didn't seem to notice her, but just as he was about to blast KG, he turned around and obliterated Mothra!

His intelligence is shown in the Baragon fight too. He did some smart thinking when dodging some of Baragon's attacks. Though he did overwhelmingly overpower Baragon in the end, the intelligence factor did help in that. For the most part he has gotten somewhat more intelligent as the Millenium Series went on.

The biggest display of intelligence in GMK on Godzilla's terms is when Baragon leaped at him. Godzilla moved and smashed Baragon with his tail.

Exactly, that is similar to what he did to Mothra (twice to Mothra i believe).

Yeah. The first time was when he was biting KG in the neck and she came up behind Godzilla and he swatted her away with his tail. The 2nd time was when he was going to destroy the last battleship and Mothra rose out of the rubble and flew slowly behind him. Godzilla turned and blasted her. YES!!!!!!!!!
