No awards, but I once made a Christmas cake, I got the recipe from Southern Living magazine..it won awards from them...it was BEAUTFUL...3 layers, with white frosting and I used broken up candy canes to trim it and then crumbled candy canes to sprinkle over the top..it was a very gorgeous cake, if I do say so myself! It really did come out perfect...no one wanted to cut it it was so pretty. I made it for our regular family Xmas get together a few years ago. :clap:

would you beleive I have been summoned 5, yes 5 times and still not had to serve on a real jury. I actually went to the courthouse and complained..told them I had been served..almost EVERY January since I moved here and EVERYTIME, it falls thru, they end up not needing me, but do see fit to string me on for a week, having me call every day to see if Im needed...etc. GRRRR
