Alright well I guess the saying goes you got to break a few eggs to make a pie or was it cake....o well something like that so im just going to post some of my story here eatch day and hope you guys enjoy it (even if you dont KEH! to you lol) O and please put your comments on the other thread I would like to keep this one clean so people can only read the story. :lol:

Deep within an underground cavern something has awaken...

At the back of the cave a boy by first glance is pinned to the cave wall by an arrow. But suddenly the arrow bursts into an black flame the the figure falls from the wall.

"Ugh....Where am I? Who am I...." my thoughts were too mixed up to put things straight, then my gaze feel on the bones of a human by the looks of it. Then it all came back the rush of memorys made me weak I stagered in the dark cave trying to find my way out. I wonderd how long I had been here bound in slumber. Better make sure everythings working I thought as I stretched my wings. "A gift from my mother..." I muttered I wonder sometimes what her face looked like all I can remember is a feeling of safety in her arms...
I shock my head, "Enough that was in the past, now to unblock this cave." I held my arm out and black flames issued forth burning the rock with such intensity that it melted. The sunlight temporally blinded me when my vision cleared I saw a stream nearby.
"Heh I am thirsty," After filling my belly I toke a look at my features except for abit of dust I remained the same short spikey white hair a strong build my black armor still covering my chest and right arm and my black leather pants abit worn but still usable and then I saw my wings black as night and my eyes a deep blue stareing back at me. I spread my dragon wings and lept to the sky to find out what has happen since I was sealed.

Soaring though the sky felt so good even with my old sword still on my back. Looking down I saw a demon imp running at the sight of me. "Best ask him whats been has happened in my absence from these lands", swooping down I grabed the imp carrying him high into the air.
"Name yourself imp or it will be a long fall for you."
"Please dont hurt me! My names Drong."
"Well Drong calm yourself I just need information like how long that cave yonder has been sealed."
"It was in my fathers time that it was sealed almost eighty years ago! EEKK! please put me down noble sir!."
As I decended I could not but think of the ramifacations of this information I droped him and he bolted I sat down heavly next to the stream. Eighty years...I wonder if im still rememberd as the Black Death... I gazed into the water again trying to see if anything remained of that age.."Nope I thought I only see myself Shadow and no one else." Shadow muttered.
"AAAHHHH!!"
That came from the direction the imp went. "Guess it wouldnt kill me to see whats up." standing up Shadow starts to walk in the direction of the cry.

"Please dont eat me!" said a familer imp as I walked calmly toward the pig demon who had Drong in his hands.
"*Snort* No such luck imp! ME hungrey!! ME EAT!"
"Nooo!!"
"Put the imp down if you know whats good for you pig." I said coldly
"Huh? who are you to orde me around half bred!" The pig cried out.
"O...A half bred.." Drong muttered.
"A half bred I may be but thats enough to kill you!" with that quicker then either the pig or Drong could guess I had my arm though the demons chest my hand bursting into flame, "Taste my Ebony Flame pig!" Drong feel to the ground as the pig feel dead.
"Thank you master!"
"I am not our master Drong im hungrey eighty years of sleep will do that to a person." Shadow reached out and grabed the pig which instantly burst into flame. After a short time the flame died and Shadow started diging into the now cooked pig.
"Why are you still here? I told you to begone."
"Sorry master but its our kinds way that if our life is saved we have to serve the person who saved us master...uhh...what was your name again?"
Man not even a day out of my slumber and I have a servent...why me?...
"Well Drong if you must know I go by the name Shadow."

Ah my wrist hurts lol well thats just the first page or two of my story I have about 30 or 40 pages so far so it will be awhile till I put it all down. I hope you have enjoyed the first bit of Shadow's Story more will come tomarrow if I have time until then rest well B)

"Drong can you tell me what has been happening of late ive been out of touch so to say."
"Well me Lord the latest news is that the cat demon tribe has returned and the Shiko no Tama has dissapeared from this land."
"I see well Drong lets go. I have events to catch up on." The two walk off not causing too much trouble until fifty years later.... Within a castle hidden in the mountains...
"DRONG!"
"Yes me lord??" (O I hope he isnt angery at me again I didnt mean to strink his favorite blue shirt...)
"The jewel has shattered its powers have returned to these lands. The time is now to make it mine!" Shadow said with a strange look in his eyes.
"How do you know the jewel has returned to these lands me lord?"
"Dont ask stupid questions Drong anyone attuned to the magical world could feel something as powerful as the Shiko No Tama return." As Shadow rose from throne his wings unfolded from his shoulders.
"Come Drong I need to go see Totosai about fixing my old sword."
"Why that ungrateful swordsmith me lord there must be much finer ones that would do it for you; didnt he say no last time you saw him?"
"He did but this time I wont take no for an answer." Shadow proclaimed his right arm bursting into the Ebony Flame.

Sometime later Inuyasha and the gang are walking down a road when suddenly.
"I can sense a jewel shard its up ahead."
"Keh! well its about time we found another one this one wont get into Naraku's hand this time."
"Look!" Shippo cried, "That village ahead of us is burning!"
"And I smell human blood.." Inuyasha muttered.
They rushed to the village to find it in ruin.
"Who could of done this...?" (Kagome)
"I dont know cant get a good wiff of anything with all this blood." (Inuyasha)
"H..ell..p..." A faint cry came from one of the villagers.
"What happend here?" Miroku said as he rushed to aid him.
"It.....was thh..e...Black Death...he has returned *cough* headed to the north..beware of his..ahh...." With that the village let out a long drawn out sigh and passsed on.
"We need to put these people to rest before we move on." (Sango)
"I dont like this Inuyasha from the legends of this land the Black Death was a very powerful demon, but he hasnt been seen for almost one hundred and thirty years the chance he is still alive is very low." (Miroku)
"Keh! probally just some weak demon claiming that he is the Black Death to get the jewel shard." (Inuyasha)
They remained quiet while they put the villagers to rest until...
BOOM!!!(Slight Tremor)
"What the hell was that!" (Inuyasha)
"It came from the forest over there!" (Shippo)

((Well I got some free time guess its time to put up some more eh? lol))
Meanwhile in the forest smoke and dust was everywhere.
"*Cough* Master Shadow! *Cough* Master Shadow!!"
"Quiet Drong im right here" Shadow was sitting on a boulder not destroyed by the explosion. "The ones also seeking the jewel are coming." As he says this Shadow folds his wings over his shoulders. "Drong," Shadow said as he threw Drong a jewel shard. "Head back to the castle. I dont need you to get in the way."
"Yes me lord."
Just as Drong leaves from Shadow's sight Inuyasha bursts into the *New* clearing.
"Ah so you have finally arrived toke you long enough." (Shadow)
"Who the hell are you?" (Inuyasha)
"Well if you must know I go by the name Shadow and if I am right you must be Inuyasha i've been hearing about." (Shadow)
Miroku and the others catch up at this time.
"You reak of blood...your the one that slaugtered the village arent you!" (Inuyasha)
"I admit it I did just recently get a jewel shard from a village they werent very cooperateing so I had to..pursuade them." (Shadow)
"Is it true that your the Black Death? (Miroku)
"Im surprized monk that people still remember that name, enough pleasentries I want the jewel shards you possess." Shadow replyed saying this last part very coldly.
"Grrrr.....ENOUGH! ill slice you in half! Tessigia!" Inuyasha cried as he charged Shadow.
((Hehehe that should be enough for now ill just leave ya on a cliffhanger as to whats going to happen I love doing that lol))

"Hmph using a demon blade on me? patetic." Shadow raised his gauntleted arm and caught the blade.
"What?!?!" (Inuyasha)
"He stoped the Tessiga with one hand..." (Kagome)
"Fools you should of given me the jewel shard when you had the chance." As Shadow said this his gauntled arm burst into the Ebony Flame and the fire started to cover Tessiga stoping at the hilt.
"Lets see how long your sword can stand the EBONY FLAME!"
"The what.."Inuyasha said while he was straining to remove the sword from Shadows hand when the sword let out a terrible screech.
"Ah! What the hell are you doing to my Tessiga BASTARD!"
"Im burning its soul; the Ebony Flame can cut through the flesh to the very soul of anything it touches."
The Tessiga transformed back to an old sword.
"Heh looks like your sword couldnt take it." Shadow then punched Inuyasha sending him crashing through serveral trees.
"Inuyasha!" Kagome cries as she runs to him.
"Thats it! Kazaa!"(Miroku)

The rush of wind surprized Shadow that he almost started moving towards the tunnel.
"Ah i've heard of this lets see if you can stand the EBONY FLAME!" Shadows entire arm bursts into flame. "Take this! HA!" the flames shoot toward Miroku but being sucked into the Kazaa until...Miroku's hand bursts into flames causing him to close the tunnel.
"Miroku! Take this demon Hiraikosu!" Sango cried as she threw her weapon at Shadow.
"Pithetic." Shadow says as he knocks the weapon away. Shocked covered Sango's face when Shadow was suddenly behind her. "You will do nicely." he grabed her and chains of black flame came out of his hands binding Sangos arms and legs.
"What the.." Sango didnt even have time to finish as Shadow knocked her out.
Kilara charged him only to be blown away by another blast of the Ebony Flame.
Reaching down to take his trophy a sacred arrow goes straight across his vision barely missing his face.
"A priestess?"

"Stay away from Sango!" (Kagome)
Why that impudent...Shadow thought as he slowly moved towards her when suddenly a great pain toke over his body an unheard of pain toke him he could barely see straight; ah not now...anytime but now..cant let that priestess figure out about this..."AHH!"Shadow cried out as he suddenly was behind Kagome knocking her out more of the fire chains were put on her. At this time Inuyasha comes to.
"What are you doing with Kagome and Sango I swear if you harm them ill..."
"Youll what? You can barely stand as it is let alone put up any fight half breed."
"Whare are you going to do run away like a coward?" INuyasha gasped out as he tried to stand up.
"No you simpleton I plan on flying away." with that Shadow opened his wings and leaped into the sky flying to the northeast.

Drong arrived at the castle moments after Shadow has left with the unconsious Kagome and Sango. As Drong walked up to the entry way into the castle he noticed it was blocked off.
"Stupid door open I say!"
The door studdenly opend eyes. Eyes that looked straight at Drong.
"You no master."
"I am the master most trusted servent you brainless guardian!"
"Show proof"
Grinding his teeth Drong looked for the black scale Shadow had given him.
"Here you stupid creature." Drong squeaked waving the black scale.
The guardians eyes narrowed "Proof enter."
Grumbling Drong entered the courtyard hoping he wasnt too late when he notices a shadow on the ground.

Looking up Drong sees its Lord Shadow but...he has two woman with him strange... Shadow landed abit roughly the next moment breathing heavily he droped Kagome and Sango to the ground.
"Take these two to the...guest chambers.s..(Drong noticed his Master had a glazed look in his eyes)
"Me lord are you well?"
"Ugh..make sure they are unharmed..and Drong I...(Damnit.....) *With that Shadow collapses on the ground unconsious.*
"Master!!!"

Several hours later.
Pain everywhere cant think... a roar sounded from the back of my mind a roar of beastial fury a roar proclaiming I WILL NOT DIE! His eyes opened and he saw something hoveing over him unleasing that same roar as the one still screaming in his mind Shadow grabed a humans neck the look of fear in his eyes. Recognition kicked in quickly letting go; Shadow felt terrible that his power had almost taken over again. "Sorry Doc didnt mean to do that."
"Its alright Master Shadow I should be thankful your alive the Ebony Flame toke its toll on you this time I see." (Doc)
"I know but I still need its power...(Lost in thought Shadow gave a start) So...Doc are the preperations for the ritual almost complete?" (Shadow)
"Yes Master all that remains now is a sutible soul or souls depending on what you have in mind." (Doc)
"Excelent, good job Doc ill have the souls ready by the next raising of the sun, after I see to the two prisoners..." (Shadow) Raising to his feet a wave of vertigo seized him.
"My Lord you should rest!" (Doc)
"Silence!! I've waited too long for this Doc, now fetch me clothes and my armor." (Shadow)

Walking out of the medical chamber Shadow heads towards where the guest rooms are until he hears a weak noise from below him. Looking down he sees Drong under his boot.
"*Gasp* Me Lord"
"O hello Drong are the two women as I asked?"
"Yes to the letter there awake now though me Lord *gasp* could you please get off of me Master?"
"O ya" raising his boot Shadow continues to the chambers an evil look in his eyes.
He soon hears voices.
"Let us out when Inuyasha gets here you will be sorry!"
"Kagome dont waste your breath the guards are just elementals they only act on the orders of whoever created them, but its strange its extremely hard to make such creatures but ive seen dozens of them crossing this doorway...
"Quiet you" said one of the two rock elementals guarding the doorway. "The Master approches show respect."
As Shadow and Drong came into sight of the two...
"What did you do with Inuyasha and Miroku?" (Kagome)
Leaning against the oppisite wall Shadow replies, "They came to no pernament harm as shall you if you cooperate with me."
"And if we dont?" Sango said with an edge in her voice.
"Then I will still get what I want from you but it will be much more painful. Guards leave us." with that the guards seemed to melt into the earthen walls and floor. "Ah I appoligize it seems you two are still bound." Steping quickly Shadow touched the black chains on Kagome and Sango making them vanish. "Now if you would please come with me I have other more pressing matters to attend to."
"Why do you think we would go anywhere you tell us to!" Sango cried out leaping forward her hidden weapon coming out.
"Now really your truly over reacting." Shadow said calmly as two rock elementals came out of the ground and grabed Sango restraining her. "Right this way." he said starting to walk up the stairs the elementals holding Sango following a few steps behind.
Kagome still shocked at what she saw happend to Sango was still standing in the room.
"Come woman." Drong said pokeing Kagome with his staff.

As they walked into the courtyard.
"You may drop her now."
The rock elementals droped Sango down then meleted into the floor.
"Drong!"
"Yes me Lord?"
"Go tell the Doc to get the special items and meet me in the Chamber of the Sun."
"At once me Lord!" Drong proclaimed as he ran off.
"Come." Shadow said gesturing to the others "The Chamber of the Sun is at the top of the castle." As they were walking up another flight of stairs Kagome asked...
"Why are you being so kind to us if we are your prisoners? You acted so hostile back in the forest."
"Well my lady its quite simple I rule these lands in the north and as so have to set an example for my subjects."
"So your just putting on an act till you leave..." Sango said bitterly
"Not at all my young demon slayer I would treat all my guests with respect, ah here we are." Shadow said as they came to a giant door with the symbol of a sun on it. (ah wrists hurt lol cant type anymore ill update this latter.)

As the door open sunlight temporally blinded Sango and Kagome. The room was coverd in sunlight a fountain in the middle of the room.
"Ah. Feels good to be here again." Shadow said as he spread out his wings to catch the sun.
Kagome and Sango gasped at seeing Shadow's *cloak* become a pair of wings.
"What are you?" (Sango)
"Me? I am Shadow young demon slayer, and I am what I am."
"Your wings are beutiful..." Kagome whispered.
Shadows sharp ears heard this. "Why thank you lady Kagome was it? Most peole think these. *Shadow gestured to his black wings* are an abomination."
"Why would they think that?" (Kagome)
*Shadow lets out a long drawn out sigh* "If only all humans saw things like you, but humans despise what they cant have and what they dont understand."
"Thats awful..." (Kagome)
"I see now your a dragon." (Sango)
"A dragon?!?" Kagome gasped.
"Very prespective demon slayer, but not all true I have dragon blood in my veins but the weakness of a human also courses through me. Meaning I am a half breed...half dragon...half human..." Shadow muttered this last part.
"So your like Inuyasha.."(Kagome)
"In a sense." (Shadow)

On the other side of the room another pair of doors open and the Doc walks in carrying a large box.
"Here are the items you requested Master Shadow." (Doc)
"Thank you Doc your dismissed." (Shadow)
As the Doc left Shadow opened the box removing several bottles made of crystal.
"Now is the time for why I brought you two here. I require a piece of both you and Sango's soul." Shadow said without any emotion.
"What?!?" Both Sango and Kagome cried out at the same time.
"The process wont harm you permently and after I have what I need you two are free to go. Anyway you two dont have a choice in the matter." As Shadow finished this two rock elementals arose behind Sango and Kagome grabing them by the shoulders.
"Hey!" (Kagome)
"Release me!" (Sango)
"Calm yourselves this shouldnt take long." Lifting up two of the bottles Kagome's and Sango's eyes glazed over while a thin trail of mistlike substance came out of their mouths eatch going in a bottle. Corking the two bottles eatch half filled putting them away in the box. When Shadow came back he was holding two more vials these filled with a strange greenish liquid."Here" Shadow said to Kagome lifting the vial to her lips, "Drink" as she did the glazed look went away and she fell asleep. After doing the same to Sango Shadow ordered the two elementals to put them in the guest rooms. As the golems left through the great double doors Shadow's gaze feel onto the bottles..."Almost done..." He whispered.

Picking up the bottles one in eatch hand Shadow's eyes glazed over as a small wisp of soul went into both bottles. After they were filled he put a cork on the bottles. Then a moment later both bottles erupted into the Ebony Flame binding the souls in eatch bottle togehter. Falling to his knees Shadow was gasping at the strain that had put on him. Weakly he reached into the box and pulled out the last vial filled with more of the green substance. He toke the potion in one gulp; his eyes closed wings going limp as he fell to the floor asleep holding onto the two new souls.

I awoke suddenly wondering why I felt so damn awful and so good at the same time...Shadow looked up seeing the full moon shining into the chamber of the sun. Then a glow from my chest surprized me, but as I looked closer seeing the two crystal bottles both holding within a unique sould, a soul he himself was part of.
"DRONG!" Shadow cried out weakly but sure enough a moment later a very out of breath imp was opening the door.
"Yes me Lord?" (Drong)
"I need you to get the Doc quickly the time is nigh! For the ritiual to begin." Shadow said fevorishly
"At once Master!" (Drong)
As Drong left another rush of weakness overcame Sahdow causing him to collaspe once again.

"Master Shadow." someone cried out. I couldnt tell who...and fell deeper into slumber deeper into the darkness...
"He pushed himself too far..." Deeper he fell until he smelled something it was so pure and fresh...where would something like that be anywhere near him? Strugling I tried to use my wings to raise up to open my eyes! until...
Kagome was standing over Shadow Sango nearby with Doc and Drong keeping an eye on them.
"This is crazy!" Drong squeaked, "Why would Lord Shadow push himself so hard when he could of just taken all of thier souls instead of just a part of it...then regrowing what he had taken with that precious potion that can only be made once every fifty years!" Doc promply punched Drong in the head at this.
Hissing Doc said, "Quiet fool Master Shadow hasnt told us that these outsiders can learn of such secrets."
"Ugh..." (Shadow)
"O! Your awake I didnt know if you would wake up." (Kagome)
Something was muggleing my mind...something just didnt make sense; this person who he himself had hurt...has shown no kindness to....is now being kind to him...
"Im fine..." he decided to say...time is running out the ritual must be started tonight. "What time is it Drong?"
"It is noon at this moment me Lord." (Drong)
Getting to his feet Shadow let out a sharp whistle.
"NOOOO! Drong gasped, "Not him me Lord?!?"
"SILENCE DRONG! You two come. Its time to take you back to that hanyou.

As the trio walked down the stairs to the courtyard...

"Why are you letting us go?" (Sango)
"Simple I have what I need from you; there is no reason for me to keep you as guests anymore." Shadow replied as they entered the courtyard. Stepping to the side the ground underneath Sango and Kagome flashed blue and the two were gone.
"There teleported back to where they wished to go...pitty though that I can only use those runes once every ten years." Shadow calmly said as he picked up the now powerless runes. Letting out a sigh of relief he droped to one knee coughing badly until he saw blood in his hand. "Damn...," Shadow gaspe, "I used up too much of my power." Limping Shadow started to decend the stairs to the deeper levels of his castle heading deeper still until he came to a passage way with a single door at the end.The Doc came out of the door.

"O!...Lord Shadow I didnt expect you so soon; the room is ready for you." The Doc said as he left the hallway.
Shadow entered the room. What he saw would have most beings sudder in fear, but Shadow was more concered with the giant pool of blood in the center of the room. Reaching the pool he tasted the blood.
(Good still burns...this is my blood.) "It is time to begin the ritiual." he muttered as he toke out the two bottles and uncorked them. Indecision struck him as he thought of what may or maynot happen when this was said and done with...Growling he yelled "THE TIME FOR SECOND GUESSES ARE OVER!" as he threw the bottles into the pool. Starting to chat a spell was woven making the pool converse seemingly to come to life, beads of sweat appered on Shadows face but he continued faster and faster until the energy seemed to even frighten himself.

Thats when the energy reached its maximum strength. A giant explosion of energy sent Shadow flying into the stone wall. Gasping Shadow tried to focus his now blurred vision and saw two figures standing in the middle of an empty pool...
