What's the strangest Warhammer question you've ever been asked by someone who doesn't know what the game is?
Q: For me, I've been asked a couple of times if the game is like marbles in that you get to keep your oponents pieces if you win...
A: Ah, they obviously had no idea how much it costs to buy an army. Hahaha
Ever been asked some really strange ones?

Q: Can you make the models actually hit each other?
A: As soon as I finish my nanorobotics class, problem is they won't be giving that class till (roughly) the year of 2743.
Q: Ey, can I buy let's say 10 of your archers? Would that be enough to play a game?
A: Better invent your own rules set then...
(VS daemons, I asked the question though)
Me: So what is the Ld on my skelly block now? (needed to test on slicing shards)
Daemon player: negative 1
Me: crap
Q: Your guys only move 4 cm? They'll never get in combat!
A: Yes, if it were cm that would have been quite idiotic.

@legend: you can play the game in cm but i sux ;) if we don't have an inc tape we take 3cm the inch
q: so you have to make all of your troops and paint them?
a yes
q what computer program do you use.
me :?
o well it is easier as explaining what dend is so that's a step forward

Q: Don't you get tired from having to glue and paint them all up again after you're defeated?
A: Yes. Very very tired.

Haha, fantastic questions from those who'll never fully comprehend the complexities of Warhammer! (Not that any of us ever will)
Shavixmir - August 17, 2008 07:10 PM (GMT)
Q: Do we have to use the whole combat resolution thing?
A: No. We can play monopoly instead.
Seriously. I heard one player ask my friend who played Vampire Counts:
A: I'm a new player, can we play without magic?
There was no answer. Or at least, no answer I can post here.
Chaotica - August 17, 2008 08:36 PM (GMT)
Lol @ no magic. Your friend should have shown him with mass Blood Knight and Blood Dragon vampires.

As long as your cavalry has base movement of 7 or higher it will pursue 3d6.
