It's not a spambot. It's probably just some guy that's a little shy and who's never posted on a message board before and doesn't know how to link to images. Given that the first part of the URL he used is just this forum's Invision directory, he probably just copied it from the address bar in hopes that was how it worked. The actual image that he wanted to post is probably still on his hard drive. People new at this usually don't know right off the bat how to get a picture from their computer onto the net.
