Nice work. Although Fan Fiction wasn't the right category to pick on DevArt. The description that you put below the pic is supposed to be in the Artist's Comments. Now the thumbnail shows the comments instead of the pic itself.

I plan on drawing more of the mechanical maniacs characters because it's fun and I'm a huge Megaman fan. I'm sorry that I couldn't get the image larger than it is but things'll get greater later. I tried to add a little eye candy to the site by starting off with drawing the main mascot to get a jump off with and I really hope that it pleases everyone.

Thanks for letting me know that it really helps! I only know so much how to go about doing things the proper when it comes to situations like this and getting caught up in the mix of them!

Submitting to DevArt includes a "don't resize" option. That may not count for the Fan Fiction category. If you resubmit it as art, you should be able to make it appear as big as you want though.

I have changed the size of the image and now it's a lot better than it was before because now you don't have to squint your eyes to see every little detail that I put into it. Thanks again for helping me out on this Raijin and I appreciate it.

He looks kinda like Goku.

Well, Gauntlet did blast Galvatron with a Kamehameha wave in the first Maniac's epilogue. Coincidence? Maybe.
Quite a drawing you have there. But it's strange to be seeing eyes under the visor though. Doesn't make him as mysterious as he ought to be. Don't get me wrong; aside from, its a good piece of work.

Thanks for the compliment! I was really brainstorming when it came to the point whether I should draw the eyes on him or leave them out! Then I finally decided to go along with them after looking at some of Akira Toriyama's Dragonball Z characters that also had visors at www.myfavoritegames.com. After all Akira Toriyama is one of my favorite inspirational artists! If you ask me I'd say that him and Keiji Inafune have somewhat the same similar style! There wasn't much change that I could have done to the hairstyle on Gauntlet because that's the style that Shadowman used for him.

It's very nice.
Gauntlet was designed when I was a big DBZ fan (and couldn't design characters to save my life), so his hair is very Goku-esque. Usually, I try to make it more "cut" so that it doesn't look as close to Goku's, but there it is ...

Thanks for the compliment Shadowman!
I am in the process of working on another one of the other mechanical maniacs art pieces to toss in the kitty! I had a tough time choosing which one I wanted to do next, but I made up my mind and I think that everyone will enjoy this one just as much as my recent picture! I chose not to tell anyone which one it is because I want it to be a surprise!
When I was coming up I fell in love with Megaman and have been ever since! Then I started getting into anime, manga, and then a little bit of hentai! I'm into DBZ and I look up to Akira Toriyama as a inspiration to my work. His style is something that I can relate to as far as using his characters for anatomy purposes right along with Akira Yasuda (Akiman), who is a character designer for capcom. Most of my insprational artists are japanese and I learn something new everytime I study their work.
In the future I hope that what I do will hopefully open some doors for me to walk into such as becoming a illustration artist for some game company or something! I would really be interested in giving the Megaman PC games a major face-lift, revamp the character art and convert both games into one. The only question is what would become of Oilman and Waveman? Having 2 androids with the same names is just awkward in my book, but anyway I'll see you guys on the flipside!!
