Well, the game is finally released. Post your friend code here so we can all start bashing each other's brains out.

If you could, arrange the info in this order:

Name, Code, Primary Char., Secondary Char.

This particular post will be edited occasionally to collect the info in one easy to find spot.

Hardy, 5155-2587-6093, King Dedede, Samus

Oh, shit, it came out today, didn't it?

Too bad I didn't bring my Wii home for spring break, lulz.

Akutare - March 9, 2008 07:22 PM (GMT)

Cyros: 1289-7912-9329 (no primary/secondary characters yet)

Yeah, I'm still getting a feel for 'em all, so I won't have any definite favorites yet.

And yes, I did use lower case for my name. 'Cause I'm cool like that.

Shift - March 10, 2008 11:31 PM (GMT)
Added akutare, hardman, and liquid on my game. going to add the others later. blargh.. nintendo seriously needs to fix this server problem, it's like they weren't expecting it to be this popular or something.

DarkMegamanX - March 11, 2008 01:02 AM (GMT)
TAY, 4983-4640-3866, Random/I don't have one. XP

Yeah, you got me. Three times. =P Good job, that was the first good chance I've gotten to play online. The lag wasn't too bad either.

Akutare - March 13, 2008 04:53 AM (GMT)
I will be able to fight anyone Startin' TOmarrow.

Naop - March 13, 2008 05:55 AM (GMT)
Here it is...

NAOP, 3737-9268-6054, no one besides Samus as my main and Ness as my secondary. All the new characters are unimportant to me. If I was a Sonic or a Snake fan, I would use them. But I'm not, so the rest is just trash to me.

I've only had one match online and it sucked. Nintendo ought to fix that soon. You guys know if battle with registered friends is any better? If it is, I'll try that right away.

Also, I dunno how this works, is it just one friend code per game? or is it one per person? If you happen to add me, there will probably be times when a Wag or a Stef are on instead of Naop. Just ignore them. They're my roomate and my bro respectively.

Yes, friend battles are alot better then regular online battles. also, whatever you do don't use a wavebird they cause major lag.

Akutare - March 13, 2008 03:05 PM (GMT)
Added you Naop.

I had some slow down with some friends. Some battles were piss slow. Some ran smoothly.

Cyros - March 13, 2008 05:00 PM (GMT)
Okay, so far I've added Hard, Naoshi, Akutare, Floofie and Naop. Now Naop I just added, but everyone else still has "Awaiting Registration" by the name. Just putting that info out there, if you want to add me and all.

Naop - March 13, 2008 05:18 PM (GMT)
Great! I'll start adding people as soon as I get home today...

Damn, I had seriously considered reporting sick for work, in order to play Brawl.
But I needed to get paid. If only I hadn't spent all my money on my "wii-raping, brawl-hating" odyssey. I'm such a two-faced hypocrite, right? XD

Captain Crashman - March 13, 2008 06:07 PM (GMT)
I plan on getting the game this weekend (on spring break, left my Wii at school). This will actually be the first SSB game I've owned, go figure.

Nine - March 14, 2008 09:42 PM (GMT)
Give me about a day and I will have my friend info up. Do you need to do anything, like make a name and such?

Fenix - March 15, 2008 01:00 AM (GMT)
FENIX: 0817-3513-8509
Characters: Pikachu, Pokemon Trainer, then varies.

Anyone finish SSE yet? I'm still on the Great Maze (and stuck! What the heck do the Bowser signs mean?!?!)

Edit: By the way, if you see FENIX playing with Lucas, it will most likely be my brother you're playing against.

I beat it, you have to go to the Bowser signs, and beat more guys. If you remember the part where you got to the zone where that you went through after Tabuu with Luigi, Ness, Kirby and DeDeDe, then you go there after you beat all of the Bowser signs.

Tabuu has a 1 hit kill move, and it's hard as hell to avoid. He uses twice on you, too.

Hardman - March 15, 2008 02:49 AM (GMT)
Yeah, Tabuu is a punk. Samus can kill him pretty quick with charged shots, but avoiding that red wave attack is tricky. I've managed to live through it with a combination of air-dodging and dodge-rolling, but it cuts right through shields and you need IMPRESSIVE timing. Also, it doesn't matter if your character has an 'unflinching' move, you're gonna die unless you time it precisely right.

Although I have been hit by it once or twice and been able to recover. It seems to work in reverse of a normal attack, launching those with lower percentages farther and those with higher.

Oh, and in Boss Rush Mode, Tabuu is simple as hell. He still has some brutal attacks, but he dies WAY faster.

Cyros - March 15, 2008 04:29 AM (GMT)
I think I've been able to air dodge his "Death Halo" attack once. Just ONCE. And it was in Boss Rush.

In Subspace though, even on Normal, he's a helluva boss. Either really crafty, powerful, or f***ing cheap, depending on your point of view.

Kinda gives to impression of what a Mesmerman boss fight would be like (aka DAMN NEAR IMPOSSIBLE).

Hardman - March 15, 2008 04:41 AM (GMT)
No, Mesmerman would be a bit tougher, really. Like fighting Master Hand, Crazy Hand, AND Tabuu all at the same time. Except without the uber-cheap red rings of death attack.

I think that's what I'll call that from now on, tho. It's fun, in a way, that a critical XBox 360 error is one of the most powerful, world ending attacks in Smash Bros. The Red Rings of Death.

Pharon - March 15, 2008 05:56 AM (GMT)
I'll post my info later.

And if you see a guy playing as Ness, Lucas, ROB, or Jigglypuff. And winning. That's probaly me.

Also, Why is Ike so pouplar? Just about every match I played had at least one of him or one of Snake.

o.O realy? i'v hardly ever seen any snake players but in almost everry match i'v played there was a ike player. i'v seen quite a few dedede's to.

Glider - March 15, 2008 01:07 PM (GMT)
Mako: 533-Y0|_|-1|\|-5-|)4Y5

Proto Stryker - March 16, 2008 04:55 AM (GMT)
Ike is what you call a noobtruck. He hits like a truck and all the noobs want to be him. Sadly, they don't appreciate him the way they should. That just see cool guy with a sword and flip out. Hence the noob part.

The way I see it, no matter how overused a character is, I won't say anything about it if you're actually GOOD with them. Which is hard to find when it comes to Ike users.
