Description: Could it be?

Link:I personally like the Star Force series (I prefer to call it Ryuusei no Rockman), but the names this time 'round are funky. How did Beserk become Zerker? Oh well, as long as I understand the game...

Beserk to 'Zerker sounds weird...
I own the Japanese Fire Dinosaur X Beserker. At least this is good news ot the fans who want the second game. Since I own the Japanese Dinosaur one, I'll probily get Green Shinobi in English.
The Rocker's post made me laugh in that thread.
New character named "Rouge"...? So Burai will be Rouge? *shrugs* Ah well. it don't phase me. Thanks for the info, Fenix.

I'm crying for Bly/Burai right now... What's wrong with Burai, anyways? It's not violent or anything.
On another note, my friends has both versions in Japanese. He got them both a few days after it came out. I remember wanting to strangle him for a while. How do you understand the text, anyways?

Learned myself and took coruses. Which I am still. I do own some games in Japanese on my DS such as Rockman ZX and Rockman ZXA, Goemon and such.
The whole Burai and Bly change I don't understand. It does remind me of the changes in NT Warrior. Like Aquaman to Spoutman. All I remember it was changed due to the DC Super hero. Correct me if I am wrong.

That would make sense, seeing as FireMan.EXE was renamed TorchMan.EXE to avoid associating him with the word "fireman." Although some changes still seem unnecessary… why HeavyMetalMan.EXE? His powers are Metal Man's; it's not like he's music-themed or anything. And why WindBlastMan.EXE instead of leaving it as WindMan.EXE?
I really don't care what the name changes are that much; I like to know what the originals were, and I might criticize the English names, but I still use them every time since most people in the United States do as well.

That's what I wanna know.
I read with the Fireman name change thing and Aquaman. Starman became "Novaman" and Napalmman became some name I can't recall. Cold man was "Fridgeman" also.
With Green Shinobi becoming "Green Ninja" could be understandable. I never was phased by name changes in games. I may be "WTF HUH?" and all, but not to the point where it causes drama or anythin'. I seen worst name purists on forums.

It was MoltanicMan.EXE, probably just to remove use of the word "napalm" as BombMan.EXE became BlasterMan.EXE probably to get the word "bomb" out of the script. But what the hell's a moltanic? I think that, if they really felt that they had to, they should have renamed him TankMan.EXE or something simple like that. But hey, since they named him MoltanicMan.EXE, that's what I call him (even if Aftermath appears to be keeping "Napalm" as his name).

Battle Network 5 left his name untouched and kept it as Napalmman. Aquaman was Spoutman in BN6, however.
Back on the topic of Star Force 2.
I assume it will be two games in one (I.E Beserker being with Shinobi/Dinosaur) Much like BN's Twin Leaders game.

No idea. I always imagined it as Subaru getting both OOParts in one game (It better be! I want to Double Tribe, and I only have one DS!) What was it like in the Japanese version?

I never played it, but according to reports from the UnderSquare, it is just as Akutare said.
Not to worry though, if you recall, the theme to Starforce is Brotherband. Regardless of Saurian, Zerker, or Ninja, you probably can find a "Brother" here that can help you get the Double Tribe or even the "Tribe King" form.
