As in found videos of the user playing it. I like the remixed music tracks from the SNES X games. They also added some other tracks as well.
Game is called Rockman 2 DX

Damn, I don't think I could really call that thing a hack. It's an entirely different game.
Is there anything about it being available for download?

Wow. That is very impressive. It's barely recognizable if not for the robot masters and the intro. Congrats to whomever did this.

And I thought Mega Man Ultra and Rockman no Constancy were well done! I hadn't even stumbled onto this one; it definitely looks much harder than Mega Man Ultra, but I like how it doesn't stray from the original element ideas as Rockman no Constancy had (I once joked that its version of Wood Man ought to have been renamed "Snow Man").
The music choices were unusual, but sounded great for the most part. The only one that I didn't like that much was the remix of Blast Hornet's stage (used for Quick Man's stage in this game). I think it was because the hacker used her theme from Mega Man Xtreme 2 instead of the original version from Mega Man X3 as a base for the remix (which is odd, considering all other X-series-taken themes seem to have come from the SNES versions rather than the Game Boy versions).

Yeah, I'd say this little gem goes hell and gone beyond hack. Especially when all the stages take their existing elements and take them to another level. Hell, I'm impressed a few of them added some new ones, like the pillars that shot at you in Airman's stage. Though Woodman's stage bewilders me to no end. The programmer couldn't concede to one stinking tree? And why in the blue blazes does it have the gravity shifting thingamajig that Saturn's stage had?

I personailty like the remixed X tracks they used also. Seems like the bosses move a bit faster also. Qucikman made clever use of his beams in his stage also.

And for once the bosses and Mega Man with their weapons selected weren't recolored. (Seriously, why have all the other Mega Man 2 hacks I've seen done that?)
