Yep, just post some really good game music if you feel like. AND NO, ROCKBAND, GUITAR HERO, AND THOSE TYPES OF GAMES DON'T COUNT!
For me, it's:
FF7 J-E-N-O-V-A theme.
To Zanarkand: FFX
Man with the machine gun: FF8.
Excalibur: Dynasty Warriors 5.
Metal Combat and Battle Clash's soundtrack.

It's hard to choose but heres my list in no particular order..
1. Pokey means business - EarthBound(Some people also call this "Giygas's theme")
2. Ridley's theme - metroid series
3. Final bowser battle - Super mario galaxy
4. Flashman's stage - Megaman 2
5. Fountain of dreams - Super smash bros melee(I know it's appeared in quite a few games but i like the melee version the best.)
6. Theme of love - Mother 3
7. The seal is broken - Blue dragon
8. The Legend of zelda theme.
9. Pollyana - mother series
