What's up with Wily and those boob lights? I've been drawing Blizzardman a lot recently, and I've noticed I have 8 of them! Well, technically, the ones on my shins aren't genuine boob lights due to their positioning, but it's the same gem design. Maybe it's a mark of distinction... That would make ME the most important Robot Master! HAHAHA! Just kidding. Anyone have any theories? I don't think they have much of any sort of function. I don't think they even glow.

My best guess would be just to make the design just a little more lively. Accentuating it in a way. Although it still ends up making all these robots whose names end in "Man" feel a little awkward.

Yeah, I think its mostly a design thing more than anything else. I mean, if you took them out, Blizzard Man would be nothing more than an odd shaped ball on skies. In short, almost like his Exe form.

Of course, the original Zero SPRITES lacked the gems on his chest, but the closest official art I can find to the original game shows him with it. IE: I don't think they really care about the lights, or they don't really serve any kind of purpose other than look nice.

I'd suppose that perhaps they COULD double as a personal light source, if you want to make them functional. Or perhaps they're some kind of energy device that does something confusing and technical. Other than that I don't know. Thankfully both of my RM personas have them in the middle of their chests, so it looks like they have gems imbedded into them.

I think they're like Yeti's ear-wafers: they serve no purpose and are just there to look good. That said, they could be some sort of energy source, as Zymeth says. They make Zero even more like a girl, though....could've been intentional, though I doubt it.

You are all wrong, Zero's Boob Lights are emergency weapons.

I think zero's boob lights are just in case they make the next X game after RE4, and he needs to go into the dark.

Anyways, I think the same about Boomer Kuwanger's belt gem.

The way i see it, it's usually just for aesthetic purposes. The design's too plain without them, whether its the gem's on Skullman's chest, the one on Kuwanger's "belt" or the ones all over Blizzardman.
