Does anyone know WHERE and WHEN the Kohler commercial was shot?

GSD&M of Austin Texas was the Advertising agency, but I don't know who did production or where it was produced. GSD&M has done a lot of work in Vancouver, BC.

I have found some info:

The Kohler Faucet Advertisement first appeared in the US @ the end of March 2003, so it had to have been filmed before then. When exactly??

The picture of the building referred to as the "Headquarters in Kyoto" is actually a picture of Geisel Library @ University of California San Diego (which is actually in La Jolla, California).

Also, if someone would only just look carefully at the ad, we could probably figure out where it was shot by looking at the skyline out the window.

I can tell you it was not made in the US or Vancouver, but looks like the UK or somewhere in Northern Europe. There is a rather distinctive highrise in the background.
