As yet we don't have a plot - even a name of her character, but we do know Mandana is due to begin filming a couple of episodes of Eastenders - so thought we would begin a thread in anticipation of the event, and also to place any gossip that might be found about her role before it airs.


Not only that, it will allow those who don't know about EastEnders a chance to find out more.

It has been drawn to our attention that a person with the digitalspy website has said they have asked about Mandana, and a spokesperson has said she isn't involved.

Now - It might be that since we were given the news, change of circumstance means the filming Mandana was involved in isn't going ahead and as yet we haven't heard about it!

But - And we cannot stress this enough - all the news we put out comes from Mandana or her Agents - and we verify it first!

So - until we get told any differently - we stand by the news that we have, that Mandana was due to begin filming a couple of episodes in Eastenders.

Obviously if this news changes, we will let people know - but again it will be news from Mandana's agents or Mandana herself and therefore verified!

Okay we've just found out that Mandana has finished filming 2 episodes of EastEnders! She is going to be in it!

Transmission date isn't known, although its likely to be 6 to 8 weeks approx. Storyline - unavailable for secrecy reasons.

Any rumours that say she isn't aren't true!

We now have an air date of 20th February, although as with all things, this might be subject to change.

More to come as we can.

Mandana is playing a character called Anna Price, a marriage counsellor.

We know her character is first discussed on 15th February - However it isn't known yet if Mandana will actually appear, but we would recommend that people watch during that week just to be sure she isn't missed!

As we've said, we aren't sure as yet if this is one of Mandana's appearances.

We know Mandana did film two episodes, but (as with Della in Random Quest) we don't know what might have ended up on the cutting room floor and what might be shown.

It's been just wonderful watching Mandana on our screens again. Thank god something else have ended up on that cutting room floor, than mandana's scene.

The fact that I didn't have time to watch eastenders tonight didn't worry me at all, because i knew you would put tonight's clip online like you did last time. Just like i thought, you've already done it. You're wonderful, wonderful, wonderful !!! :)

It was wonderful, wonderful, wonderful to watch Mandana again in less than a week... I wanted it to last forever, unfortunately...:( Anyway, I'll have to watch those clips over and over again, until the next role. Am i crazy? :blink: Most probably!

Does anyone know if she's still filming in the role of Anna Price (and if so, where someone could go to watch a taping)?

I'd really like to just go and see her work... and maybe have that cup of tea...
