The ability to get a job and keep it is the true mark of maturity, maybe they should try" Stop, Look, and above all listen". And last but not least accept the fact that maybe they are part of the problem and need some minor attitude adjustment. Just my opinion. :whistle:

that site is too cluttered and hard to navigate. anybody with a business or organization looking for web design would pass that over in a second. Although, practice makes for almost perfect. keep trying and you'll get the hang of it.
