Title: GMC-4WD
Description: 1981 Pickup Truck

Focus - October 11, 2007 06:52 PM (GMT)
I would like to trade this truck for a good automobile or smaller pickup truck.

It's a 1981 GMC, Heavy Half Ton, 4WD w/Automatic hubs,
350 engine with less than 20,000 miles on rebuilt motor,
New windshield,
Good body, and good tires w/spare.
No title, but you could probably apply for a lost title out of Dallas, TX.

I need a 4-door sedan or a small pick-up, preferably light in color. No dark colors.

PM me if interested please.

It's in the name of the son of the one from whom I bought it. The son lives in the Dallas, TX. area.

I've found and bought a vehicle for myself.

So now my '81 GMC pickup is FOR SALE ONLY.....not interested in trading.
I had bought it for hauling and rough work around my place; but since I broke my left leg, it's almost impossible for me to handle, with the manual transmission and all. Using a clutch is not as easy for me now as it used to be.
The truck is a really good truck and can be driven. :thumb:

Asking price: $2,300 OBO

This is a really good truck! :thumb: It's worth at least $2,500; but I reduced the price because of the title situation. It's a good title; just has to be applied for.

Okay....I'm going down to $2,000 on this truck.

If you'll get the title, bet you'll have better luck selling it. don't know how everyone else feels, but I wouldn't buy it without a title. just my .02 worth.

It can be used for a farm or ranch truck without a title. :thumb:

Gotta agree. I'd be all over it, if it had a title. Even working on the farm you have to go to town. Kindly inconvenient to have to swap rigs to run to town and pick up a roll of wire.

If I have to go to Texas to get the title then I'd have to go back up on the price of the truck.
