Looking for a roofer and/or handyman type to give a written estimate and utlimately repair a small leak on a porch roof. We tried the (what my husband calls 'black mammy') roof sealant, but that made it start leaking. :banghead:

Granted it's not a big job, but need someone knowledgeable about roofs who can as I said give a written estimate (to show to inspection company) and then fix it.

Please PM me as soon as possible if you or someone you know is interested in doing this. Need to have it done ASAP.
