This house is still for sale, and while I can't owner finance, I will consider a rent to own agreement with a down payment. At $114,900, it is priced barely above the 2007 appraisal, and that was before the updates to the kitchen, bathrooms, pool, and landscaping. It is a very nice home in good condition with large rooms.
