Here we go again with another found animal. My sister had a little beige dog turn up in her driveway today, near Louise Durham school on N. Reine St in Mena. The fur is matted, but it is wearing a red collar as well as a pink flea collar. It does not bark much, was hungry and dehydrated, so must have been wandering around for a couple days.
