Title: Any decent apartmetns for rent?
Description: I need a place ASAP!!

I'm looking to rent a decent one bedroom apartment. I'd like to find one where rent is about 3 to 4 hundred a month including or not including utilities. I'm currently staying with a friend and need to get the h*ll out.

I finally got sick and tired of the bills in the house running in excess of 400 a month because of his habits.

If anyone knows of any please let me know as soon as possible.

Don't know how much the new ones on Dallas Avenue rent for..they look really nice though.

You should try Tanglewood Apartments, the ones across the street from the post office, or Petros Apartments.... Both of them aren't too bad.. BUT! I definately would NOT look into those Park Place apartments, caddy corner from the park... Those are horrid.

Found one about a week ago actually. I know the landlord personally and he's been extremely helpful in working with me to get the place. I definitely found a keeper with this place.

Glad you're happy with the place, Vamp! Are there any other units there for rent, should members be interested?

I do know he has several other rental properties, one of them is right next door to me. I'm pretty sure the rent has not changed since I looked at it tho. He was askin 300 a month with a 300 deposit. It's a nice little one bedroom half a house, full kitchen, full living room, full bath and walk in closet. The only thing it does not have is a washer dryer hookup, but mylandlord did say he will be building a washroom sometime in the future.

The apartments are extremely clean and manageable for either one person or a couple.

Contact James Turner at four seasons real estate if you are interested.
