To date we have met about 5 times, don't quote me on this. We began August 16, as I remember and had a pretty good turn out for our first meeting. Enough to play a good game and have a good nite.

We had about 11 that nite. We played Trivia, Yahtzee, & Uno Attack, as memory serves. The next week most returned and we played Uno Attack again and some other games. I'm not sure. My memory is not what it used to be.

The next few weeks, basically the same people came but we still had enough to play a good game and we enjoyed ourselves. We really enjoy playing Battle of the Sexes. Even if poor John had to defend the guys side all by his self. He did a very gallant job. We played Scene It, movie version. We have also played a game my Grandma taught me called "May I"--played with cards.

Last week was a bit on the slow side. Our smallest yet. We had just 4 there, but we still played and chatted and had a good time.

This week was a good follow up with 12 members there to fill in the gap and join us in a rousting game of Battle of the Sexes and Scatagories.

We plan to finish up, next time, with our Scatagories game, as we were interupted by the dismal turning off of the lights :coverlaugh: Meaning we had closed the doors once again. Which we usually do every game nite.

So far our regulars are ages 19 - 50-something---Gals and Guys. Turns out to be a pretty even mix most times. We seem to have similar interests in games and are looking for new ones if anyone wants to bring one or two in (or more).

Not everyone orders drinks or food. Sometimes no one gets anything. So, if that's stopping you, please don't let it. Some never order. Most, if any ONLY get a drink. It's NO pressure for that. We are in our own little room, private from ALL the pizza place with a door and everything. We have like 4 tables, a TV w/ cable Glass windows out into the game floor and bathrooms around the corner.

It is not mostly Forum Members in case you are worried about your anonymity. Many are not and we do not expect you to tell us if you did come from the forum or not. Your anonymity is safe with us.

BTW the women won last nite (Battle of the Sexes) :coverlaugh: Just had to mention that. Not because I'm prejudice because I was unable to play--I made up the questions and had to rescues myself.
