Hey all :
we've added to our game choices once again. We now have more selections:
A little list:
Scrabble, Rummikub, Guesstures, UnoSpin, Trivial Pursuit (2 versions), Monopoly
(Britains copy), Dominoes (double 6's and double 15's), Scattergories, Battle of the
Sexes (2 versions), Buzz Word (small trivia quiz cards), swap (card game), Uno,
Uno Attack, Scene It (versions: Movie, Squabble, and Junior) and we have playing
cards for many many games like Spades, May I, Cannasta, and much much more.
We have also played Yahtzee, Disney trivia and I'm sure we could make up some
Charades or Win Loose or Draw of our own if we really wanted to play.
So, come on, what's your excuse. They must be dwindling down by now. More
games, more dependable, more fun being missed. You gotta try it at least ONCE to
see if you are missing out.

Tonight we had our regulars, all on time this time. How about that? We chatted awhile and some ate buffet. We settled down and played our newest game, Rummikub. It's kinda like rummy with tiles but with a twist. After we found the directions lol We played a good game. I believe our only guy won this game. You figure out who that was :coverlaugh:
Next another regular showed up and we played a little trivia--kinda. I mean everyone grabbed a version and started reading cards and questions they liked and we all laughed and had a good time til closing.
They had to turn the lights out on us, as usual but they are getting used to it, they just wait calmly in the background now, they don't even bother us.
Last week we even went to Yummies afterward but this week we decided against it at the last minute. We usually never want to quit but when it's closing time, what can you do?
That's about it for this nite. Come down and join the fun this coming Saturday nite--November 22, 7pm, as usual.
We will even be meeting the week of Thanksgiving but it will be on Friday that week due to tournament on Saturday.

Well last night we just had the faithful three members...played monopoly - omg that takes a long time - and then started to play dominoes around 9:30, only to be told they were closing early.
This next week we will be meeting on FRIDAY at 6 instead of 7 so if they close early we will still get four hours in.
Nick will be home so hopefully he will rope some of his friends in to play. Always more fun with more people.
If anyone finds that they have nothing to do on the evening after Thanksgiving, please join us.
