I know there is a lot of very questionable folks running around attempting to rip the good folks of my hometown off....but i would like to recommend a company out of Hot Springs.
LDT General Contractors is a very reputable, honest, fair company. They have done Multitudes of Residential work in Hot Springs, Numerous Commercial Jobs including but not limited to Dollarway High School, Arkadelphia High School, and the list goes on and on...
I personally know one of the partners in this company and he attends my church. LDT has all the necessary credentials, i.e. insurance, bond, fema certification etc...to guaruntee thier work to be ONLY top notch and professional.
LDT will be in Mena this week setting up an office to establish a point of contact for those needing bids on their repairs. THey want to be able to provide only PROMPT TOP NOTCH service to the people of Mena. I am going to provide them a place to put some campers for their workers to stay in while in Mena.
If you would like to know more about them you can contact Micah Dixon at 501-627-2125 or Billy Spray @ 501-617-1161.
You can also PM me on here and i will be glad to put them in contact with you. I hope they can be of great asset to the people of Mena trying to recover from the devestation!!

Just FYI ANY job over $20,000 they contractor MUST be licensed by the state....and i found this handy dandy website for anyone with questions about your potential contractor.....

As I was researching the above information, I discovered some interesting information......the contractors can get away without having a contractors license if the job can be considered a remodel.......unless the existing structure is dozed away and started from ground up, it will be called a remodel.....Interesting to know huh?? anywho....my 2cents worth... :thumb:
