On Saturday May 23rd at 12:00 noon the Fraternal Order Of The Eagles will hold a Benefit for the Disaster Relief Fund for the City of Mena. It will take place at the Aerie # 4259 located approx. 4 miles north of Mena on Hwy. 71.
So far 5 bands, Don Thompson and The Talahena Drive Band,Weird Harold and The Rubberband, Roscoe and The Heads, South Wind, and Garrison, have said they will play. There will be B-B-Q chicken, hamburgers, and hot dogs and side dishes available to eat. A dunking booth will be there also plus some other things to enjoy. State Senator Larry Teague has stated he will be there along with other politicans and dignitaries.
Everyone is invited to come out and help raise money for Mena.
