Survival-Preparedness
Classes on a Donation Basis
Next classes will be held in the Mena Housing Authority building public room across from the Mena High School on Sunday afternoon August 2 beginning at 2:30 p.m. for two hours.
We discuss several aspects of survival and things we can do to prepare for some unexpected disasters. We teach how to prepare survival packs of several sizes and configurations. We talk about herbs, health, the flu pandemic and our reaction, first aid response, the economic situation, the value of a home funeral, using alcohol as a fuel, gardening tips, the value of a home grown Daily Bread Food Co-op (see Ad this issue) .. and many many other things over the several months ahead.
This is a place to brainstorm and share ideas as a grassroots community effort. All ages and sizes are invited to attend.
