He was found on Port Arther in Mena...We do know that he traveled to and from to Valero on Hwy71 (he figured out where to get food and what times). Hes yellow/white ..someone might have considered him orange/white or even blonde. He looks to be under the age of 6 months but is not small like a kitten. If u know neone thats missing one plz let us know. Other description is being withheld as the owner would know what would indentify him :) Hes very loving and acts like he was someones inside pet.
