I noticed in the news Vermont is extraditing a couple back to Arkansas who had fled conviction for animal cruelty in Arkansas, many of them Katrinia animals. Here is a site that posted some of the photos of the animals.
Animal cruelty in Arkansas I ain't looking! Animal abuse makes me sick!!!!! The SO%#&$%^& that abuse animals should be hung by their toenails!

They must have pushed to get them extradited. Sometimes it takes an act of congress to get people back from another state with a warrant.
