I'm looking for a used greenhouse or materials to build one.
Hunny do you need any plans to build one? I have some and can post a link for you if you like.
That would be great BCF...I need all the options I can get. I'm hoping to have one up by this winter.
I want to start my own plants for next year's garden and use it for hanging tomatoes during the winter. Did that last year and they made up until around November.

Hope you have deep pockets or are home all the time. I had a hoop greenhouse for several years and it's like having a milk cow. You have to be there to open it when the sun heats it up and close everything when the sun goes down. Automatic vents and fans are very expensive but if you have to leave at 6 or 7 in the morning it's too cold to open and too hot after 10 AM. I tried insulating the North side and a wood stove as well as jugs of water and things still froze.
I ended up with a large bench 2 foot wide and 4 foot long with 2 shelves and lights over both shelves. This works with the 1x2 foot trays and can produce a lot of seedlings. I made the lights adjustable to take care of growing plants. Charlie's Greenhouse is a good place to buy small quanties of greenhouse supplies. When I went to sell my greenhouse I talked a lot of people out of it because of all the trouble it can be.
Good luck.
