I have a 1986 3bd 2bth Fleetwood 16x80 with a 12x20 room addition for sale. I have started replacing the masonite siding and have replaced about 50% of it. I just recently replaced the underbelly insulation and underbelly wrap to keep varmits out from under the house. This home needs carpet and lino but other than that is in pretty good shape..I just installed new upper oak cabinets in the kitchen.. I would like to get 9500 out of the home and room addition. I might mention the room addition is attatched where a window in the master bedroom was. No major problem detatching from the home. pm me here if interested.

[B]OK...ive made my mind up, decided i need rid of this home....not the room addition but the mobile home itself....Like i said, this home needs some work but is very liveable, not falling down around ya so to speak, just needs some TLC....I will take $6,000 OBO for the mobile home. Reminder, this home has a 13 SEER 4 Ton AC just installed last year and the furnace is only bout 5 years old, so all is in excellent condition as far as that is concerned.....paid over 2k for the a/c condensor and A coil alone.....home is well worth the money!!
