{_The Inside Lingo inside and out. General Personality: Don't judge a book by its cover. Sure, it's a cliched phrase but that doesn't mean it should be disregarded. Especially not in little miss Albright's case. She may look like one of those typical cheerleader types, especially with that big, bright smile of hers, but she is anything but ordinary and those girls couldn't even compare to her. Well, she might never admit it, but it was true. Those girls were usually stuck up, predictable, and all alike. Larissa Albright was none of the above. Okay, so it's not like she's completely different than them- she is still a girly girl. She loves shopping, fashion, nail polish, and chick flicks. But she's the kind of girl who will go straight from a manicure to a tackle football game in the mud. You could say she's a little bit of a tomboy.
Upon first meeting Larissa, she is pretty careful about how she acts and tries to control her humor because many people don't really understand her sarcasm unless they know her better. She's not overly sarcastic to the point where it sounds cynical by any means, but sarcasm plays a large part in her much used sense of humor. With her friends, she is as sweet as can be but makes some not-so-sweet but joking comments every now and then. What's a friendship without cruel humor here and there anyway? But if you're her enemy, watch out. She throws a mean punch and don't put it past her to do it. She likes to just be one of the boys sometimes.
Likes: football boys clothes dancing like an idiot tackle hugs piggy back rides friends playing poker cucumbers [her favorite food. she's weird] tv shows chick flicks action movies video games indie rock classic rock
Dislikes:preppy girls whores people who underestimate her chocolate sexism politics
{_Such Great Heights it's in the past. Family Members:: mother; Alicia Albright [45] father; Topher Albright [47] brother; Darren Albright [20]
General History:: Born into a rather wealthy family, Larissa had a rather privileged. She went to private schools, etiquette class, she even had a 'coming out' party with the poofy dresses and weird finger sandwiches. She never really disliked it, but it never really felt right or comfortable either. Luckily for her, she had an older brother who soon showed her the joys of just having fun and getting all muddy. He showed her that she didn't always have to be a 'lady' around everyone and that she could break a nail without freaking out. Without him, she'd probably be just as superficial as all of those debutant people that she now practically despises. Well, she doesn't dislike most of the people, really, just the traditions.
At age 14, Larissa told her mother that she wasn't going to do any of that stuff anymore and from then on her mother basically disowned her. Of course she still let her live there but she never treated her like she used to. She used to treat her daughter as if she was her prized possession that she could not be more proud of and now, she acted ashamed. Her bad relationship with her mother was really hard on her through her teenage years which led to some rebellion but her brother always watched over to make sure she didn't get hurt. Her dad never really got in the middle of any of the drama but they never really talked either way.
About a year ago, Larissa met a boy who would soon become her best friend; Shae. They met in a coffee shop and Shae was looking very scruffy so Larissa politely inquired then bought him some food. He was nice enough and after some talking, she decided that she really wanted to help him more so she offered to let him come over and take a shower and get cleaned up. She hadn't really known him but she had her brother on speed dial just in case the guy went suddenly crazy on her or something. Anyway, after he got cleaned up a little, he started talking about his past and where he'd been living and she just felt awful so she let him stay with her for a few days which eventually turned into however long he wanted. After those first few days, they were already best friends and they've been roomates ever since.
