After a long, hard day of swimming and laying out on the beach, Piper was pretty tired. Her hair was pulled back into a high, sloppy ponytail on her head, and she was wearing big sunglasses that covered most of her face. She twidled her lucky shell choker and entered the mall, flipping her flip-flops on the ground.
"Jolie, Jolie, Jolie," she muttered, spinning absently around as she made her way up the slow moving escalator. She was awaiting the arrival of the most amazing, beeeautiful, insane girl in the world. Okay, so that sounded alittle queer. Honestly? Pipe could care less when it came down to Jolie. She just hoped her friend would remember to meet her beside the escalators..like they had planned. Piper was hungry as a mother!
Of course Jolie would remember where to meet Piper, because afterall she had one of the best memories in the world. Alright, so that was a slight exaggeration but she still could remember things easily. Though her memory was more based on pictures than facts. Like she could remember the exact place of a flower vase in a room she'd only been to once, but she couldn't tell you what 2x2 is. Well, she could, but this is all being said to make a point. The point being made here is; her brain was scheduled on meeting Piper. She had a little timer made on her cell phone just in case, and she was just on her way to meeting her friend when she heard the familiar Brady Bunch tune, which was what she had chosen as a reminder.
"Oui, oui, I know, I know," she muttered, as if talking to the phone, and she pulled it out of her purse to stop the tune, then shoved it back in and continued on her walk. She was upstairs, obviously, as she was in the shoe store checking out the latest fashions beforehand. She was just approaching where the escalators let off and saw Piper near the top, and then practically tore ass over there. "Bonjour!" she cried out, tackling her friend in a hug the instant she was off that escalator.
