"Oh, I'm sure it will be." Amarice said with a smile. Alicia's happines was infectious, and it was hard to stay miserable.
She stepped onto one of the hand railings on the side of the brick path leading to the sand, keeping one hand on Alicia's shoulder for support. She carefully stepped forward, her blue and white polka-dotted flip flops sliding on the bar. "First you've got a y-o-u," She stated in a sing-song voice.
"And you've got a m-e..." She added in the same voice as she hopped off the bar, landing backwards and facing her friend as she walked backwards. "Anndd..." She spun around as her flip-flops were suddenly filled with sand. "You've got many hott guys that must have money if they're staying here!" She laughed and smiled.
Amarice leaned close to Alicia's ear. "I enjoy being me." She whispered, before waving at a cute guy a few yards down the beach.
