Season 1 was a fashion disaster, both for Helen and Nikki! Did they change makeup and wardrobe people after that?

Anyone find it odd how classy Nikki's clothing was, not that I'd have it any other way, but she could where a stylish jump suit and look classier than Helen in her suites (season 1).

Wait for it..... My favorite outfit was from season one, well Nikki's that is.

Who can forget the light purple V neck sweater with the white tee under and her jeans...I have two words. Yum me. Plus Nikki doesn't wear blue jeans in any season but one. Plus I like the shirt she was wearing when Helen told her she made number one after the lifers meeting.

Now Helen's wardrobe I can not figure out. In season one its suits, slacks and twin sets (had no idea it was that blue thing she kept wearing). Then she gets a new position and the suits are gone. Even when she becomes the number one the suits still stay in the closet. Don't you dress up more the higher you go??

But the make-up and hair did get better.

Make-up and hair definitely got better after S1 - especially for Helen (Simone's words - "that full-on hair thing"!)

Reminds of the Simone interview where she said upfront that she would really like to apologise to all the fans for her very bad hair and horrible twin suits in S1! Ghastly, especially when she brought Nikki "Sophie's World" for the first time - to this day I can't figure out what the make up department intended for Helen's hair, it had these beastly curls in.

I think the worse thing about her hair was the fact that you could see her part was way off from her normal part.

After multiple viewings, I've noticed Nikki is always flip flopping around, is she constantly in flip flops?

Well if you notice on the box of the US release the other women are wearing shoes where they add height.

I'm thinking the flip flops were to bring her heigh down a little.

I always wondered why Nikki was wearing sweaters when most the women arround her were in tee's. I mean in season three she is wearing zip ups a lot and if you notice those arround they are in short sleeves why is that?
