Has anyone seen this?

ETA: OK, I watched it. First of all, no bad weather, don't know where I got that idea. Second of all, she's fantastic, even though third of all: SHE DOESN'T HAVE ANY LINES!!!!! But she says volumes with her face and eyes.

Yes Mandana is in a commercial - We hope to get something online - but we've been on holiday, and typically it aired while we were away! So its been rather hectic.
We are also off to the theatre later to see Jack Ellis......... Plus a host of other stuff we've had to deal with once we got back including some computer issues after being away for a while! We do have the ad ready to go in WMV and Real Player though for people once we get a chance to actually sit down.

Our understanding is there are two separate adverts. The first one - as you've seen where she doesn't say anything - the second - supposedly later.... still no breakdown cover, she is most certainly then getting cranky and does have some (or at least one) line/s!

Now, so far we've only caught the first advert - haven't heard of anyone who has seen the second...... we don't know at this stage if they plan to show more of it in the sequence! So again, its a waiting game to see if it appears.

It's true, she does say volumes with her eyes! Anyone else think, or is it just me, that at about 23 seconds on that clip, she is actually trying to contain some laughter?

Yes, she does appear to be stifling a laugh covering up with a cough. She really is a terrific actress...swoon...
does soooo much with so little...glad to see her even if it is a bloody commercial.

Argh! We don't have Green Flag here, so we'll never get to see the ad - unless someone out there wants to youtube it? (nudge-nudge, hint-hint...)

I can just see you all sitting behind the TV, watching hours and hours of brain numbing nonsense, *just in case* Mandana's ad is on somewhere in between...!!! :D

Hi microsofty-- as ILMJNet mentioned above, they'll get around to posting it soon on the MJ board. Which I realize is not in the next 20 minutes (I haven't been able to see it either, even with a new computer... no idea what the problem with the links is...), but if we're patient, all will be revealed. :) --e

Oops! Sorry, no. I just seem to have missed the link as well. It's still buffering, so I don't know whether I would be able to see it or not, but it seems like it's working!

I thought Mandana looks a bit different here, I know she's 40 now but still a fine actress. BTW the couple is supposed to be uncommunicative but the guy asks her permission almost and you see her nodding and after the slate scratching scream he thanx her. lol

I viewed it from abzug's link, and it didn't take long at all :huh:

As we mentioned on the MJ Net message board (and I think here, but can't remember and be bothered to look) we knew that Mandana had filmed a number of different versions of the advert.
The second of those is now available www.mandanajones.net/commercials.html.
This is, as usual, available in Real Player and WMV formats.
