Hey all USA BGs...

The annual United Way "Week of Caring" is going on throughout our nation.

I'd like to challenge all BGs to partake of this event and help out in their respective neighborhoods.

There are numerous agencies in your areas who need volunteers to help with special projects that save them many dollars they in turn use to support their causes...

Take time out to give back to your community; assisting those less fortunate.

Hey, BGs...

Just completed helping another agency in my region. A group from my dept. came out to help with yard work, assembling picnic tables, and pressure washing jobs. Tomorrow, we'll finish staining the tables, spreading mulch and weed eating, and cleaning their vans. This agency helps challenged adults maintain gainful employment and teaches them social skills. It is an excellent agency and helps benefit our community.

Remember...if you can't help during this annual Week of Caring...they will be having their regular yearly campaign drives in the Fall.
