I can tell you young single ladies that Lis is a real sweetie pie.........knowing her personally I can say this in truth...........the only reason she is single is 'cause she is ..........shy...........

Now just because I am her other mum don't think I am being bias........she is lovely.......

Hey baby girl.... :hug2 :kiss1

(I think I just did what mothers to best..........embaress their kids)

:rofl2 :rofl2 :rofl2 :rofl2 :rofl2 :rofl2

Luv ya

Puck - June 21, 2006 07:10 PM (GMT)
Well, I welcome you all !

It's kind of sad...I keep thinking how much I'd rather not be single.....it's hard to find people.....it's not like I can just go about asking if a girl is gay and single, and would she be interested in dating me...lol

elidakristina - June 21, 2006 07:28 PM (GMT)
 Don't I know it... That's why people should wear some kind'a "I'm gay, for god's sake!'-thing. :D Like a ring or whatever. :lol1 Did I mention that my gaydar is baaaad (or non-existant)? :silly

Puck - June 21, 2006 07:35 PM (GMT)
Yeh, that's what I wear my rainbow wristband for...however, most people are quite dim and take it for something else......my gaydar is usually correct, but.....something in the atmosphere in which I live seems to be scrambling the signal... :rofl :rofl

elidakristina - June 21, 2006 07:43 PM (GMT)
lollll I love that you're wearing a bracelet. I should get one too. :lol1

And as for the right atmosphere... Jeeez. Try southern Spain, where all men literally think they're god's gift to women and don't understand rejection. At all. :eek

Puck - June 21, 2006 07:49 PM (GMT)
No kidding......men *sigh*....of course that's not the reason I'm gay.....

But anyway...I'm from France...the southern region...Nice, specifically. If you think Spanish men are arrogant...try FRENCH men !

elidakristina - June 21, 2006 07:59 PM (GMT)
Hahaha. Vraiment ? Pourquoi vous n'avez pas dit, chérie ? J'ai étudié français pour 7 ans. Mais c'est difficil. Surtout maintenant, à cause de l'espagnol. :lol1

But don't go all 'you speak french' on me now. I really suck at it. Like to try though. Too many languages in my head right now. Because of work, I speak at least 5 different every day... Puh.

Puck - June 21, 2006 08:05 PM (GMT)
Ah, ouais !

LOL! no you don't embarass me, you're so sweet

hhmm, but yes it's true, my shyness wouldn't be very helpful when trying to meet girls, but let's hope i'll feel less inhibited when in london from next month :D

that wristband sounds like a good idea....... :)

elidakristina - June 22, 2006 01:28 AM (GMT)
Ah, Deutsch auch? :D Moi aussi; y Espagnol, claro. And Swedish... somewhere in the back of my head... Jeez, what a weird mix.

My dad is Swedish and my mom is English. But she's been rasied in Sweden (except from 2 years in the States).

Anyway. This was supposed to be about being single. I tend to leave my exes behind as I move from country to country. :lol1 And except from a few blind dates, it's not looking to good on the 'Spanish girlfriend'-front.

Puck - June 22, 2006 04:46 AM (GMT)
:rofl Maddie !!

You are so cute, ya know that ? Did you get my comment on your blog ?

Anyway, yeh...the wristband is an excellent marker...more people should wear them....or a ring....or anything gay-rainbow, because you know that there's a difference between the gay-bow and the "normal" rain-bow, right ?

Oh, Maddie...are you Swedish-born ? I mean, what country were you born in ?

elidakristina - June 22, 2006 10:43 AM (GMT)
Haha. Yeah, I got your comment. I'm glad you're learning Swedish. That's the problem; I have a Swedish/English blog on an English site (blogspot.com) and an English blog at a Swedish site. Stupid, but wtf... Who has time to rearrange everything?

And yesss, I'm Swedish; born in Sweden, raised there etc. etc. Visste du inte det? :lol1

Puck - June 22, 2006 05:26 PM (GMT)
Ah, Swedes are cute. :o Did I say that out loud ? :ph43r: *ducks behind a nearby meatball* :lol1 :lol1

:silly

I'm feeling.............................like I need to find a lovely lady.

elidakristina - June 22, 2006 10:13 PM (GMT)
Hahaha. Don't even get me started on the meatballs, missy! Americans, listen up now; no matter what you might think, you have NO IDEA what Swedish meatballs are. It's not what you call Swedish meatballs. And it's not any other meatballs either. If I ever manage to get my ass to a muppet party, I'll bring some and show ya. :lol1

And Puck! What u on about? I am here, aren't? Swedish, cute and god knows what else... :rofl

Ah, a sentiment that rings true for me as well…I either need to find one or shoot the bell ringer.

Puck - June 23, 2006 04:34 AM (GMT)
:rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl Maddie !

If I didn't know any better, I'd think you were Irish...feisty thing, you !

:hug2 Loon !

Welcome to the Lesbian/Gay Singles Shout-Out thread !!!! Make yourself at home, love.

My name is Katharyn or Kat. :D Enchanté !

elidakristina - June 23, 2006 10:04 PM (GMT)
Irish!?? LOL Yeah, well, what do ya know... I'm working at an Irish restaurant. :lol1 But that's as Irish as it gets. :D

Loon - June 24, 2006 03:01 AM (GMT)
Thank you for the welcome Katharyn, it is a pleasure to meet you; although I have to say, for me to feel at home someone would have to yell at me to wipe my feet.

Puck - June 28, 2006 08:14 PM (GMT)
*looks down at your feet* :eek :eek *says in a nagging voice* Did you wipe your feet before coming in ?!?!?!? Because I never allow anyone to step their dirty pads on my lush black carpet unless they've been sufficiently wiped !!! :guns

:lol1 :lol1 :rofl :silly

Will that suffice, my sweet ?

Loon - June 29, 2006 01:47 AM (GMT)
Wow, I suddenly feel the intense need to go out and purchase shoe polish. :D

Thank you that was a most generous telling off. It has certainly put me at ease. Please accept my profuse apologies for my social missteps. :err

Puck - June 30, 2006 10:43 PM (GMT)
Oh that's quite alright, Love.

We're all Muppets here, so I shall pardon you....but only this once, ya hear ?

Anyway, how are you my sweet ?

I would say I'd fly straight from here on in, but I’m not that way inclined.

I’m up to my usual antics: blinking, breathing, battling the urge to balance tea cups on my head. All right so that last part isn’t true, but I couldn’t think of any other bodily functions beginning with “B” that could be mentioned in polite conversation.

And how do you find yourself?

Puck - July 1, 2006 09:36 PM (GMT)
Today, I find myself on the hunt to hire some officers for my Trek RPG...... lol

A lot more difficult than one would think at first.....but I need ACTIVE people.

I just cleared out the manifest, including my XO/First Officer (who left me *growls*), which leave just 3 active members. It's frustrating because the RPG was going so well....we had 360 posts in the first Episode, for 1.2 however, we have like 27...and I started 1.2 like three months ago.....................

*stressed out*

I mean.......my site is a .com address.....which means I'm paying for it....so I can't just abandon it altogether. I worked too hard to just let this whole thing go...it's really well put together, too ! I just need RPers I can count on to be active is all.

Puck - July 21, 2006 01:56 AM (GMT)
Where'd everybody go ?

Loon - July 21, 2006 04:10 AM (GMT)
Now that is one question I would love to be asking the voices in my head.

Puck - July 22, 2006 04:06 AM (GMT)
My voices keep telling me to have a drink, but I don't feel like it.

Loon - July 22, 2006 06:42 AM (GMT)
Hmm...sounds like your Jiminy Cricket had a tough day at the office.

elidakristina - July 22, 2006 06:27 PM (GMT)
God, I'm so sick of being single. *sulks* :hammer

:clap

Loon - July 22, 2006 07:49 PM (GMT)
You could start referring to yourself in the plural…but I don’t think that would help you get a date…

Puck - July 22, 2006 08:56 PM (GMT)
Hmm....

Being single is a bitch.

song_stress - July 22, 2006 09:16 PM (GMT)
Aaaah but you can come and go as you please....it has its upsides too

Loon - July 23, 2006 01:41 AM (GMT)
Yes, fewer dishes!

song_stress - July 23, 2006 01:48 AM (GMT)
so Loon how long does it take you to fill the dishwasher to run it?

Loon - July 23, 2006 02:44 AM (GMT)
My best estimate is a month, but it's completely untested seeing as the only dishwasher I have uses elbow grease.

Puck - July 24, 2006 12:37 AM (GMT)
:rofl :rofl You single muppets are hilarious !

So, after being depressed all weeklong............I just ran out for some ice cream and, on my way home, I saw the first lesbian couple here in Corona EVER. It was.........................just beautiful. I don't know, all I could do was smile after I saw those two lovely young ladies together. I'm STILL smiling !

What's wrong with me?

I suppose I'm no longer single, but.....it's not much of a relationship since she's 45 minutes to an hour from me and it's quite of the way. I'm just afraid it's not going to work and perhaps I should break up with her. Long distance relationships, simply put, don't feel real. It's like having a phone for a girlfriend. lol not quite the same thing as a person.

Hm.
