Title: Getting Links That Aren't Too Long
Description: How you can work around this.

As many of you are aware, sometimes you get a link that is horrendously long..... and even when you post it, the post gets stretched and so then does the browser window.

Here are a couple of ways you can sort this problem out - remember this should work on any MB not just this one - so worth noting anyway.

Okay I am going to make this as if you know very little about the net (so some of you can skip certain items)

Whenever you go to a site, you have an address. This is also known as a URL.
You need to copy a url - and you can do this by highlighting it in the address bar at the top of your browser > right click > copy.

Now you need a code like the one below but with certain differences.

Link Name

The place to put the address you have copied is where it is bold in the example above.
You can then add what wording you would like in the Link name (shown in orange).

You should now have an active link when posted.

Now if you can't figure that out you can use another site called Tinyurl.

This is becoming increasingly popular.
To use tinyurl, go to tinyurl.com, type in the address you wish to link and the website will give you an address of it's own.
It will then look something like:
http://tinyurl.com/lybnk

Now if you are a Mozilla Firefox browser user (like I am) you can use a nifty add on from Firefox
Click here for firefox add on

Once you have it added - just right click on a page you want to add > use the Create TinyUrl for this page - and it is then automatically stored on the clipboard.

All you then do is paste into wherever you wanted to put the link (in this case the MB)
