Title: New Look To The Board.
Description: Just so you know what the situation is.

As we tend to like to fiddle with the board design, we've decided to go back to a default scheme that we know is the most popular with the board membership. A nice simple blue based board is what we have opted for.
Because of this, we've also decided to remove the board skin changer for now for reasons of some script clashing going on from that.

Cheers.

New board is almost there - just doing some tweaking, but the basics are in place!

Right I think we've pretty well got it all up and running. If someone has a specific problem, list it here or contact me via PM/Email and I'll look into it.

Hi, three possible suggestions, all pretty minor.

1) It's just a little bit hard to distinguish between active folders & passive (already-viewed or whatever they're called). If the 'greying out' of the passive ones was more pronounced, the constrast would be easier to make out. Screen shot attached if that wasn't clear. ;)

2) The screen doesn't entirely wrap: my monitor is pretty small, so I have to scroll to the right to see the whole thing. Not a major issue, it's just the last inch or so, & I realize most people have bigger monitors these days, but it means the text on posts doesn't wrap (for me) either, so I have to scroll back & forth to read each line.

3) It is hard to read/distinguish the font on the reply/delete/report buttons, & they could use either a few more pixels between them--to lower the chance of people hitting the wrong ones by mistake--or a heavier border. See screenshot, lower right-hand corner.

Many thanks,
e

ps: having the contrast tuned way down on the Compose field for posts really helps. Nice as it is to have the shadow of H&N there, it did make it harder to read one's stuff! This is much better. :)

1) Sorted.

2) Have changed the settings, but for some reason it seems to default back to 730 px's across! I am going to keep digging to see if we can't cut that 30 px's out.

3) We did pick this up and plan to do some changes for it.

:D
