	Slums Even in the beautiful city, the poverty line is thick and well insulated from the rest of the city. Shanty towns pieced together with tin pan alleys, families that live upon the charity of the few that even give a damn. People are born, live and die in the filthy streets and never see the glory of the city that looms above them, like gaudy vultures.
