1.Must be Missing-Nin at least
2.Must Have or had +8 Streak
3.Must Have 13 Characters Unlocked
4.Must Have Up 50% Win Percentage
Requirements if you wanna be moderator
1.Must be Anbu
2.+14 streak
3.18 Characters Unlocked
4.70% persentage
Requirements if you wanna be co-leader
1.Must be Jounin
2.Must have 20 characters unlocked
3.80% win persentage
4.+17 winstreak
