It seems to be 100% sure now: Indy IV will start production in June 2007!

Steven Spielberg, George Lucas, Harrison Ford and Sean Connery all reunite. And another great score from the brilliant John Williams I hope. I missed him this year.

It supposed to be set in the 50s or 60s when Indy is about the same age as Ford is now. Should be interesting to see what Lucas has written.

Yeah great news. It is slated for a may 2008 release so we definitely have something to look forward to. Another indy score from williams is always good news. Hopefully lucasfilm will finally cash-in on the music of the other three films and release complete editions of them when this film hits theatres.

However, it is not certain if Sean Connery will return because there was no casting yet. Comingsoon.net is a little more accurate than this indy fanpage. I guess bringing back sean connery will be a tough nut to crack.

Lucas kept mum about the plot, but said that the latest action flick will be a "character piece" that will include "very interesting mysteries."

Well, I hope they won't turn an adventure series into a character soap opera about aging. That's my only concern about it. I also wonder why Lucas did not like Darabont's original script when everyone else agreed that it was fine.
