I almost forgot to mention this.

I watched on the telly the other day a program about Hilary Hahn, you know the solo violinist that James Newton Howard used in The Village.

She talked just a little bit about film music, she did not mention JNH`s name but she did say some positive words about film music composers in general.

The only film music composer she mentioned by name was Erich Wolfgang Korngold since she performed a violinconcerto composed by him.
